I couldn’t be happier with Inspired Energy Solutions. They installed a 7.4kW solar system with a 20kWh battery, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and professional. From day one, the team was super helpful and made everything crystal clear. Byron and Beau were notably helpful throughout the project, and Micah did a fantastic job with tech support whenever I had questions. What really impressed me was how they handled all the backend work - navigating the permit process and coordinating everything with Hawaii Energy. Even when there were permitting issues (which I know can be frustrating in Hawaii), they stayed on top of it and kept me informed every step of the way. I always felt in the loop, which made the whole experience stress-free. Both the front-end and back-end aspects of the installation were handled professionally and efficiently. Loved working with Inspired Energy Solutions. Eric Beau and all of the team knew what they were talking about, gave us the best deal out of all the other solar companies we reached out to for an estimate and were extremely responsive and professional. Any issue that came our way they had solutions for. My husband is a nuclear engineer and was very detail oriented and specific in regard to what he wanted. Inspired Energy was able to meet our needs and then some. Even during install, they found that our siding on the exterior of our home was rotting due to our gutter not being flashed- it was even coming in to the house! And to no surprise, they had someone who was able to fix it at a great price. Craftsmanship was top notch. Couldn't be happier and again, we reached out and worked with numerous companies and received numerous proposals.
