Jess and the guys were very responsive to my calls and came out and gave me a quote for the job. They were able to set up a date to install the new roof and finished it quickly as well. Jess regularly kept me in the loop with great communication. I am very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend them!!

It was a very easy and smooth process having Pamalu Roofing redo the roof on my home. They were very responsive from the start and kept me informed on the job and how it was progressing. They did a great job, despite it raining throughout the week, while they were working, getting soaked in the process while they were making sure my house was protected from the rain. I am very happy with the job they did and the quality of work.

Called Pamalu for gutter + roof work in Aiea. Jes picked up right away and got us scheduled. Crew was efficient, polite, and left the yard spotless. No complaints.

We had a new roof installed, fascia (wood) replaced and gutters installed at our house in Kona. The supervisor of this major project was Jes, he did a great job and was present on the job site for a huge portion of the 3 days this job took. The crews (carpenter, roofers and gutters) were very professional and very personable. I enjoyed having them on the property. It was a major effort by Jes and crew to coordinate all of the different elements of the job, but they did so seamlessly and successfully. There had been a lot of rain in Kona just prior to the start of this project, so Jes had 9-10 guys there to try and complete the job before the next rain. 15 minutes after everyone left, when the job was complete, we had a downpour. It was a pleasure listening to this rain going down our new gutters. Jes also sent the gutter crew back to make some minor repairs on the gutter. There was one small leak I saw (after the first downpour), I showed it to Jes and he checked all of the gutters and Robert came back to fine tune. All in all I was very pleased with the work that Jes and crew did. I would recommend strongly with no reservation. Gary
