Such a huge lesson. The salesperson clearly said "your electricity bill would become $89 and fixed forever," and now we're paying $89 plus electricity bill, which is in total about $200 each month, after Excess Generation Buy offset. We could have paused and considered a bit more carefully, then yeah of course it couldn't be only $89 a month forever with all these construction and solar panels are on the top of your roof. The salesperson talked really good! He initially was saying $115-ish, and I negotiated and he and his manager gave us at $89. Good job. I'm writing here so that others won’t have to go through the same experience we did.

Saturday, May 24, I was on my way to a funeral, and I had someone ring my doorbell. I answered the door and there was a gentleman there who stated to me that there was money given to our County that allowed for us to have solar panels. They said there would be no sales pitch and that it would simply be them assessing the home for installation. They set up an appointment for the following Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. They said we will receive a phone call on Monday to confirm the appointment. We received a call on Wednesday after a no-show on Tuesday for the initially scheduled appointment stating that they apologize for the no-show. We figured that it was due to the weather being that rain had been broadcasted For the entire week. So the appointment was rescheduled for this past Thursday At 8:00 PM. My family and I were a little suspicious because of the lateness of the appointment that was scheduled. We THEN received a call on YESTERDAY, which was Friday, after a no-show on Thursday for THAT scheduled appointment stating that they would be coming on Saturday, which is today, for a 2 o’clock appointment. It is now 3:23 in the afternoon. They have not shown up. My suspicions were at an all time high. So I did what the first gentleman who came to my door told me to do and I looked up, momentum online, and I immediately went to the reviews about this company. The first review I saw was a complaint. The second review I saw was a complaint for so many different things I usually check reviews first for a company that I am not familiar with. This was one of the few times when I did not do that as soon as I usually do. We have altered our Saturday schedule to accommodate this appointment only to have a third no-show. It makes me begin to suspect that the entire thing is a scam so instead of calling and suffering through what the other reviewers have, I am going to let this review, be my cancellation as well as my decision not to participate in anything connected with momentum.

Just keeps getting better! I have had so many issues with this company. And now that i need to speak to someone a live person you can't its all email. It is crazy how they run this company. No wonder why 666 is in their phone number. So to go along with all the issues i had with them here is another one. My power went out and non of my essentials are being powered nothing was wired correctly! Not a surprise there. I wish we never signed up with them poor customer service. Just horrible. You should be able to get a live person not be told to send an email and someone will be in touch. It's absurd. Flat out ridiculous. Please think twice before using this company.

I don’t know how they make these solar panels or if they even make them at all, but their salespeople are an absolute nightmare. Others have already written in reviews that representatives from this company drive people crazy. They called me 10 times a day from different numbers. I’d block one number, and they’d call me from another. I’d block the second, the third, and they’d call from a fifth. Then I decided to just pick up and tell them I wasn’t interested and to leave me alone. I said we were selling the house. They immediately started asking questions—"Have you already listed it for sale?" I hung up. A day later, another call. I thought, "Okay, I’ll tell them again that I’m not interested and that we’re selling the house." This time, it was a different representative—a man instead of a woman. I said again that we were selling the house. His second question was, "Have you listed it yet?" I said, "We’re listing it tomorrow." And then he started trying to convince me: "Listen, if you install our solar panels, it will increase your home’s value." I told him, "I don’t want to install solar panels right now. I don’t want them at all. We’re already selling." But he kept pushing: "Listen, this will increase your price." I told him, "We already have a buyer. The house is already selling." And for the third time, he interrupted me and said, "No, but just listen!" At that point, I realized there was absolutely no way to get rid of them. I just hung up. Good thing it was a phone call. What if he had come in person? What then? I tell him I’m not interested, and he just keeps pushing and pushing. What would I have done in person if he was at my house? Call the police? Forcefully kick him out? What am I supposed to do? This is a total nightmare. Marketing should not be this aggressive. It’s not just that I will never do business with this company—I will actively avoid them and warn all my friends against them. What kind of negative advertising is this?

I would not ever sign a contract with these people.They act all nice until you decide to cancel then your on your own. Also if you sign there contract they basically own you roof for 25 years. They go door to door trying to con people into their contracts.

Horrible customer service. Stay away from this company. Their service after the sale is horrendous. Don't gamble with your roof. I have been waiting 3 months for a repair on my roof after they crushed my drip edge and tore shingles with the ladder. The pictures only show two places but they did this all around my home. Do not deal with them. Going on 5 months now and still no repair has been completed.

Great install! The guys who installed were very professional and the knowledge they had about the system was amazing! Thank you guys so much! My neighbors have already came over and called you guys to start the process!! Thank you all again! The install was fast. I have a large system 39 panels and everything went smooth!
