Summit Roofing and Solar did an excellent job with my roof replacement! They were easy to work with and very helpful. Dan and Jovany walked through the process with us. We had a great selection of roof styles (see ariel view of house attached). They had plenty of skilled workers to make sure the roof was replaced in a day. They were also able to coordinate the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. We definitely recommend choosing this team!

Our experience was outstanding with Summit Roofing and Solar. They arrived on time, they covered all the shrubs around our home as well as our AC. Their workers were polite and did an excellent job. The site manager kept us informed of things that were being done and answered any questions. The owner Joe, was always responsive and respectful during the entire process. We will use them anytime we need a roof and are recommending them without any reservation. They also provided a Porta-Potty for their workers which I had not seen with other roofers in our neighborhood. A company respectful of their clients and thoughtful of their employees.

This company did such a good job installing our new roof! We were on a tight timeline due to having the house listed for sale and they worked with us to make sure that everything was done quickly but at an extremely high quality. The roof looked beautiful and the crew was respectful of our property. I absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing done! A special shout-out to Jovany who helped us expedite the process.

My roof started leaking and I reached out to Summit. I initially wanted roof repair and solar installed. The owner, who came for a consultation, informed me that due to my power usage, the size of the roof and heavy shade from trees that solar installation wasn’t cost effective. I respected his honesty. He told me that modern asphalt shingles and updated insulation would help with some of my cooling issues. The job was completed in a single day. They were correct that cooling does seem more efficient now with the new roof. I appreciate their honesty in recommending the services and products I received.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars — Couldn’t Ask for Better I live at Leese Dr in St. Johns, FL (12-building complex) and just want to say hats off to the entire team at Summit Roofing and Solar. Our roofs were old and our stucco was cracked and in bad shape. Summit re-roofed the entire complex and completely restored all the damaged stucco — it took over a year of work, but they stayed on it through Florida heat, cold, even hurricanes. The final result? Absolutely perfect. The buildings look brand new and everyone here is thrilled. Cleanup was spotless. The crew was respectful, hard-working, and professional the whole way through. 12 out of 5 stars. Easily.
