Ben was my technician today. He was very polite and professional with a great demeanor and a can do attitude. Despite some inclement weather conditions, he patiently and thoroughly diagnosed the issue inside and out before he began the repair. I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received today and as always from United Air Temp!

Ben was great! Gave me a heads up for when he was arriving so I didn’t have to leave work earlier than necessary. Quickly and efficiently checked everything out and didn’t push any services on me. I’ll definitely give United Air Temp a call when I’m in the market for a new system!

Phillip was our service technician, he did a fantastic job repairing the AC unit while also being very informative about the house HVAC system. We appreciate the help and within 30 minutes our AC was repaired. Phillip was well educated in his line of work and knew exactly what to do in order to find the problem. Phillip was also very respectful and well mannered, making this service appointment all the better.

Philip and Eric came to my property for emergency services calls. Both were knowledgeable, and professional. Very happy with the experience of both especially since Eric responded on a Saturday

Great and awesome Service. Ben was able to get her early and get started. He went to multitasking and completing not one not two but three maintenance task in a great time.
