I purchased a growatt inverter from Rock solar. Then found out from my solar installer that I did not need it. I returned it and they received it two weeks after I had received it, well within the 30 day time period they give for returns. I never even opened the box. Now they have not refunded my money, I have called 4 times addressing the issue. Every time I call they say, oh yeah we'll do it today. That's been four calls ago and still no response or refund! Update after reading Rock solars reply to me! I have emailed you a dozen times over a 4 month period? How dare you pretend like it is a misunderstanding or a delay in service! You have intentionally ignored all of my messages to you. Your pyblic relations department occasionally reaching out and asking if my issue has been resolved! While the departments that handle refunds completely ignores all of my messages!!!

This power station arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at how small it was. I purchased this to take on weekend camping trips with us to keep cell phones and kids tablets charged and I’m very impressed with the charging speed. We have also used it to a run sound machine and a cpap machine in a hydro outage. The flashlight feature is great if you find yourself in the dark without power. Overall we are very happy with this power station and would highly recommend it.

ROCKSOLAR Nomad RS650 444Wh 400W PEAK 600W portable power station All you need for tent/RV camping, any outdoor activity and power outage situation. I bought this bad boy and did a lot of testing based on what they offer and do not offer. I have tested all the products that they have advertised as well as few others like balloon pump, lanterns, fan, heater and more. This is great for not only camping, picnic but also for someone like me who is balloon artist and have to blow balloons for wedding/events outdoor where there is no power supply available. My balloon pump work just fine with this generator and saved my day last weekend. It stores a lot of power and any product that require 600watts or under would work which is great. I have compare this to Jackery 500 and Bluetti 500 watts which most of my friends have and which are most buys in the market. But my balloon pump didn't work with them as it needs 600watts. It is lighter then other two generators as well as sleek looking. It doesnt make any noise as well when in use. Not only Rocksolar has more output plugs then jackery and bluetti, battery lasted very long as well. It charges very fast as well compare to other two. I would love if they include flashlight but that didnt bother me as it can charge my lantern. I also tried using all the output together and found no issue or any noise. I have tried with other solar panel and it took about a day to fully charge. I will buy their solar panel as well when they come in stock and update on this review. In conclusion, this is the best generator for my needs and wants.

Love the unit I have! 200w and I can take it anywhere! If you’re looking to back country camp or take it on longer hikes it may be a bit heavy for that but for around the house, outdoor study sessions, car camping trips and even in the car itself, it’s great! There are so many different plugs, the unit itself lasts quite a long time, and it charges back up fairly quickly. Also, there’s a flash light and carrying handles which is awesome! Rocksolar has been a delight to deal with on their own, quick shipping and if I have had any questions they are quick to respond. 10/10 recommend!

We love our ROCKSOLAR Nomad RS650! It’s perfect to take out on day trips and camping trips in our trailer! It charges multiple devices at a time like our laptops, tablets/iPads, airpods and phones! We have hooked up our speaker and outdoor light to use when outside and it’s perfect! The battery charges quicker than most it’s size and it’s so compact abc easy to carry. I’m impressed how long the battery life lasts as well! Not to mention it’s a good looking battery. I definitely recommend this product and company!

Bought 2 different Rocksolars. One 400W the other their smaller one. They didn't work out for the main reason I bought them. However they will get lots of use as I camp in the summer. I own a variety of solar panels both commercial made backpacking & roll ups & 100W folding book style I made over 7 years ago for 2 orginal deep cell solar battery systems. They failed I modified the folding solar panels into 100W parallel & added a 60W Allspower foldup panel too for a Goal Zero 1400W. The 400W will hopefully work out to boost the GZ failure of kicking out when it falls below 84% charged for my dometic freezer. Talk about incompatible? They claim the Rocksolar won't do that but provide juice right to the bitter end. Sure hope so. I also added 120W folding panel last summer & have a 25W and 18W mini back packing charger panels too. So Solar I have as long as it's not over cast. And when I updated my home made panels I added a 40' & 60' extention cords to keep panels in the sun & batteries and freezer in the shade. I think they should provide a laminated small cheat sheet card and I will make my own as I did for GZ & Dometic. I think the AC outlets are a little cheap I'd like to see top quality in all outlets and ports on these battery systems. Charge 5-10 more and use the better material to begin with across the board. Just pass it on to customers who do appreciate quality. Have yet to test either battery to it's limits but soon will.
