Ever since I started my Solar Panel journey the company has been great to work with. From Joe who started this with me, to Ashley who updated me on the project, to Gar who explained some "housekeeping" things to me and answered my questions once I was up and running. Gar supplied me with the info I needed such as the app to monitor my panels and also contact info for future questions. He was so awesome and helpful! I have been impressed with their high level of customer service and truly appreciate the open and honest vibe I got from them all. I am sure I forgot some names but thank you to everyone!
Ani was very enjoyable to talk with, she answered all of my questions! She even explained things about the care of my system that was important to me. The panel monitoring, and what to do if I notice a panel that’s under preforming. And most of all the cleaning of my system. (I don’t do roofs) thanks!!
