Overall, a waste of time. They do not seem to know what they are doing. I will reach out to SCE with appropriate feedback and ask for another company to assess our home again. I do not recommend this company for the ESA program. They also stopped responding to questions once you are deemed "not approved".

I am trying to use the Critical Care Backup Battery program I qualify for and this company was assigned to me by SCE. Its been 3 weeks with no call back. I left a message each time I call with a request to leave a message on my voicemail in case I dont answer. I dont answer any calls that say potential span or unknown caller. I need support for a Critical Care device I use at home and hit a wall every time I try to communicate. I cant get a human to talk to me at Green Energy Solutions. I will have to go back to SCE and complain.

No issues with the MEN who've come out to deliver. That office is another story. Honestly, it's full of incompetent women, starting from the manager going down. It's been almost a year and I still haven't received all the services I was approved for. They have a high turnover rate because they're constantly hiring "new" people which is why it's been almost a year I'm sure. I call the office and leave multiple messages, when I do finally get someone the incompetence shows because I'm told "I was leaving messages on the wrong voice mail". I don't care if I pushed 3, 4, 1, or 7, return the call. I spoke to the uneducated manager I believe her name was Elizabeth. The company would be better off with a kindergartener running the place. She also lacks integrity and lies. It's also clear they're lying in the system (possibly to keep their contract) Because the manager told me my services could have been completed if I hadn't canceled in December! WHAT!! You guys called ME and canceled my appointment, stating that you all were working and training a new contract company. Blew my mind when Ms. Incompetent told me that. You all need to file a complaint with Edison, if they get enough complaints they'll pull their contract. HORRIBLE PLACE of business.

I recreated having this service call for a simple thing to fix my refrigerator that is not working not cooling I never had a problem with my old refrigerator that work great for 9 years and this is what they give me some refrigerator that only work for a year and half. Plus I’m calling to see what’s going on and supervisor some how is away from desk or should I say first says she in a meetings n now she away from the desk when I call then they give me a number with the ticket code and they don’t pick up at all it says busy how the hell you contacted them for a fixing. Now I have to pay out of my pocket to get this fix soon as possible very disappointed with this service so before anybody signs up for this be careful service sucks. Just for the info I call since 9 am and call again at 10 am and 12 pm and nothing so yes be careful before you make a mistake like I did ‍♀️

I had a great experience with Green Energy Solutions recently. They came out to upgrade my old appliances with energy efficient ones and I was super impressed by the way the handles themselves. It was a super easy and smooth process for me, and they even replaced my old pool pump, which was a big help. I’m sure it would have gone out sooner or later, and the new one is so much quieter. What really stood out to me was their friendly and positive way of doing business. The installer even noticed some airflow issues with my AC and gave me some useful tips to help keep the house cooler and save it from overworking. Best part of all is that it was all FREE!!! Because of their partnership with the power company I didn’t have to pay a dime. I’m still shocked how much I got for nothing out of pocket. Thank you Green Energy Solutions, and I recommend anyone who qualifies to reach out. You won’t be disappointed!

THIS IS AN EDITED POST FROM THE ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 2 YEARS AGO. After a good deal of phone calls, emails and texts, I was finally able to connect with this company. The reasons for their non response were directly related to the program not quite being as smooth as they had hoped, but now....with a few missteps they are up and running. I qualified for a number of home improvements with this program and am thrilled with the work that was done and the courteous service from each and every vendor that came to my home. I am now amending/updating my review to a full 5 stars. Everything as of today (9/2023) is working perfectly and I have noticed a significant reduction in energy bills and comfort. Thank you Green Energy. I am glad that communications and schedules were finally worked out as this is a vital service to the community. ORIGINAL REVIEW Is there a way to give them NO stars? I am among those who have left less than positive reviews despite not actually being able to use their services. I was contacted first by email in Jan of this year informing me of my eligibility in the program sponsored by Southern California Edison. In March I received a phone call re-stating this and a message was left to contact the Green Energy Solutions Office. To date (this is the end of April), I have left no less than 6 messages to the person who contacted me and no less than 4 messages to the main number for Green Energy Solutions. No return calls have been made to me. I understand that the last year has been challenging and that perhaps staffing is tight, but to completely disregard calls speaks volumes about a company. I can see by the reviews I am not the only one this is happening to. Southern California Edison.......is this how you really want people to think of you and your "assistance" program? I would think not.

I understand some people are upset about the lack of responsiveness from this company, I was one of them. I decided to call them again and specifically leave a message for the installation appt dept. I received a call back the same day from a nice lady who scheduled me for the following week. The gentlemen who installed the pool pump were very courteous, friendly, and professional. They called me when they were 5 minutes away and they installed the pump in 30 minutes. They also showed my family how it works and how to use it. They also wore masks when they arrived. To the frustrated people still waiting, I hope you will give them a chance to make up for the communication issues. I noticed on their website that they're hiring for a few different positions which tells me they are short staffed in relation to the number of installations they have. It's been a tough year for everyone and I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt if possible. I saw a review somewhere stating that they have 45 days from approval to schedule with you so just be patient and your turn will come. I'd also suggest being kind to them.
