CMI Group, based in Ontario, has one of the most unreliable transportation operations I’ve come across. Their track record with subcontractors and drivers is equally concerning, repeated reports of late or missing payments and a general lack of professionalism. If you are a client or subcontractor considering using CMI Group for transportation services, think twice. There are many more trustworthy and transparent logistics companies in Canada

SCAM!!! My trucking company did final mile deliveries (72 tractor-trailer loads) in the Kamloops BC area for them over a 7 week period last year AND THEY HAVEN'T PAID US ONE PENNY! We are taking them to court; they owe us OVER $80,000 ! I've paid all of my drivers and subcontractors for the work they did (because we an an HONEST business) , but CMI seems hell-bent on putting me out of business for NO REASON other than they WON'T HONOUR OUR AGREEMENT.

We were approached by salesmen from CMI about getting a solar loan under a government program for solar panels. The sales men were courteous and pleasant. We went over the program, my husband applied for the bridging loan and was told when asked that since my husband was approved I was not required to be a co applicant which I explained I could not do as I am a stage 4 cancer patient and am on disability. Long story short the government required both homeowners to apply and my disability income could not be used. Now we are on the hook for $1500 which I was never told about but which is apparently in fine print. One wonders if there business plan is simply not based on getting homeowners to sign up so they can slap us with a $1500 bill.

The team at CMI is highly professional and very responsive. They make sure that the operations are running smoothly and there is no gap in communication at any point. Always a pleasure working with them. Looking forward to strengthening the partnership in the long run!
