He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure all the paperwork (pre and post insulation work) was handled properly. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days. EcoComfort did attic insulation and air sealing for us in February 2025. They were absolutely fantastic. Arnold came to give the bid and walked all the questions through with us. The communication was wonderful, they were on time, cleaned thoroughly after, the end result is great and work reasonably priced. Gregory and Jack also sent work-in-progress pictures to us and came to finish the bathroom roof vent month later when the snow situation allowed it. We would highly recommend them!
