The worker was very nice. Had lots of patience answered all our questions very polite and sweet. Helped us get the best product we were looking at. Helped us to get the best price. The service was very great we'll be back again. Environment was good

The shop is good but the staff is not nice and helpful enough. We bought a new Mac and want to get a trade-in as well. But we didn’t get any support when we were blocked during cleaning the user information in old system. And they asked us to be the queue to get my pick up done again. Won’t come back to shop in the store maybe only delivery in the future.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Manny in the TV dept at the Mountain View store. He is a great salesman, very professional. He helped me with my purchase and was very pleasant to work with. Give that guy a raise or promotion, he deserves it!

I had a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Martin. He was really nice, patient, and very helpful. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Terrible customer service. They somehow doing everything they could to prevent me from getting a gift receipt, I don’t understand why. If someone from best buy is reading, can you confirm Best Buy is not giving gift receipt anymore for online purchase? Will change to 5 star if this is true

This place is amazing and the staff is fantastic! I checked into a nearby hotel and wanted to find some good deals on gadgets. When I visited, the friendly staff explained the deals clearly. They also have a great collection of toys, and they send you notifications when your ordered items arrive. I’m happy to visit again!

Bestbuy chain is an amazing store. It’s Mountain view store is a cool place, where I went recently, casually. Brandon gave very useful information patiently and which formed the key basis for my quick purchase decision on Apple product. I also met John there who also spent good time with me, and we talked and marveled not only Apple’s quality but also on our general life’s experiences. I love Bestbuy and it’s staff and am so happy to go and hangout there and to explore and buy our electronics.
