My 16 panel system with battery was installed 5/24 and accepted by PG&E 11/24. The design, equipment, installation and solar production have been excellent. I was frustrated with Aveyo's lack of communication. I had trouble reaching people who seemed knowledgeable or took responsibility. I did not find a transparent process. I had to make many calls to get my system permitted, installed and approved. Eventually, everything I needed was done, and done very well.

There are so many solar companies nowadays that sit was hard to find the right one to commit to. When I spoke to Wes I knew right away he was the guy. He was responsive and took time to understand what we needed. I was very thankful to find him and his team and I highly recommend to anybody looking.

Aveyo cost me thousands of dollars by delaying the solar install. They never responded to my texts, emails or phone calls. They didn’t submit the required paperwork to the local utility which delayed the install for months. DON’T go with AVEYO unless you want stress and headaches in your life. They are the worse for customer service.

I was very impressed with Justin and Wes at their dedication of customer service I received. I had a great experience with them both and the customer service team member Niki at this company. They were always very responsive and helpful, keeping me updated at every level of the process of getting my solar panels installed. Justin stopped by house pretty frequently to let me know where they were at with the project. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Great Solar company that delivered every step of the way. Friendly team. Fantastic pricing. Great communication. Silky Smooth Installation. My system has been running for 9 months now, and I still haven't had any issues. My new bill is the same every month and no more bill from Edison! Would recommend to friend and family!
