We had HUGE HUGE HUGE leaks on the roof during the months of the rains end of last year to the beginning of this year. We just moved in to the house... It was really bad.... I was really frustrated. I was really grateful when I found Garrett and his team to replace roof and add solar panels. Once he knows our situation, he sensed the emergency, he contacted his roofer and gathered his entire team to help me. Markie, the office lady, she is always so nice and have lots of patience and very organized to arrange time, contract, and plan out the project with me Marissa, she always acted promptly when I needed. James, very polite, very knowledgeable on what he does. Luis, very genuine, always want to help, helped me to oversee the work and explain to me in details. The most important thing is they told me to not worry and they will take care of it. They helped to changed the roof, added solar. It has been months later, they still check on me on how is the roof and solar. I highly recommend this team. Although they may be smaller in comparison to big corporations, they wholeheartedly embrace you with their genuine warmth.

As we all know the solar industry is a cowboy industry right now. With all the free government money floating around there are a lot of snakes wanting to take advantage of the situation. It is complex and really hard to distinguish the decent vendors from the snake oil vendors. SolarRepair out of Norco. What a breath of fresh air. I can tell you that they are real people who are not out to scam you as so many are in this business. They suspected from the beginning that it was the inverter. They brought the necessary firmware to allow them to talk with SolarEdge immediately and sure enough it was the inverter - they worked hard to schedule me in as soon as they could and were an absolute delight to work with. I can’t say enough about this company. The professionalism, knowledge, and execution of this project was quick and easy. James was the technician that came out to install a critter gaurd around my solar panels. He did a phenomenal job and made sure everything was done with the utmost care. I also want to add how helpful Markie was when it came to scheduling and any additional questions I had. From over the phone to in person this company definitely made this whole process stress free. Would highly recommend this company to everyone.

Garret and his crew are absolute rock stars! They got the job done exactly as expected, in the time frame expected and with the highest quality and respect for us as customers possible. We installed a Tesla Power Wall, upgraded our inverter, and installed a whole home fan system. Pricing was competitive and the process was very clean and efficient. After the process was done, the office staff follows up very well and ensures all credits and refunds are processed as fast as possible. I never met her, but, Markie in the office is incredibly accessible and communicative. She works very hard to ensure everything promised is processed efficiently. I will definitely be going back to them for any future service.

We had such a great experience with Solar Repair! Before starting our project we spoke and met with several other providers and did a lot of research on our own. From beginning to end the entire team at Solar Repair treated us with the utmost care and respect. Although they are still a fairly new company the amount of knowledge and information they gave us was times 10 compared to the others who have been around a lot longer. The information resulted in major savings and much better rebates and credits. Additionally, we ended up with better quality Panasonic Solar Panels and a great Enphase Battery Storage System. Again, the entire team was FABULOUS! Always taking our calls or calling us back immediately. Believe, me we called a ton and had a ton of questions!!! My experience with Garrett, Chris and the entire team at SolarRepair was exceptional!!! From the first meeting to the final step of the install their team ensured the process was efficient, informative and their red-carpet treatment was inspiring, I wish all companies handled themselves this way. I would, and have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. I have a plug-in hybrid vehicle and the Loop charger that they installed works like a charm and saves almost half the time of my old charger. The app that tracks the solar allows me to see what the panels are producing and what we are consuming, electric independence here I come. I had pigeons’ nest under my panels and cause an outage. The app informed me of the outage and I emailed SolarRepair about the issue. They responded within minutes and resolved the issue with the outage as well as evicted my invited tenants. You won't go wrong with Garrett, Chris and their team, if I could give them a 10-star rating I would!!

I just met with Garrett and Luis. This was our initial visit and I'm super confident that these guys will get the job done. We have been struggling with our solar panels for over year, trying to deal with the company without any help. Our inverter is the issue and I've gotten nothing but the round around from this company. Garrett came out and was able to contact the inverter company and request a new part to be shipped. We are finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel, thanks to Garret and Luis. We are excited to have him come back out and do the install. We are so happy that we contacted Garrett. Highly recommend and we will definitely be going with Garrett and Luis when we upgrade our system in the future.
