Rooftop Solar

Happy with my proposal, presentation, and financing! My project manager was responsive if I contacted her. I would have appreciated her reaching out first with updates, but wasn’t that big a deal. She always answered my questions Install crew was phenomenal! Just waiting for SRP to come out and get it turned on. When that will be is anyone’s guess….

From day 1 it was such a pleasant experience, dealing with my Sales Rep Michelle Davis. She explained everything about Solar to me and what her company had to offer as well as helping me with the financing, they had a good program for that as well. I had done my homework prior to making my decision to go with Rooftop Solar and had spoken to 2 other companies before making my decision that this was the company I would give my business to. My project manager Danielle T was Awsome, she was in contact with me the entire time, great at communicating through emails and a couple of phone calls which she returned always the same day. Their customer service was the best I've had in a long time. Overall a great experience.

The rooftop team is easy to work with and thorough. Our project was well managed and delivered on time. The solar panels and overall product is top notch. I now love to see how much solar energy we are producing each month. Our APS bill is effectively zero each month and we receive about a $150 check from APS at the end of the year. We highly recommend Rooftop Solar. We are very happy with our final product. We interviewed 4 companies, and Michelle, the Sales Agent for Rooftop Solar was upfront about their system. We asked her to not give us the standard "we’re the best in AZ" speech that we received from other companies. She sold us! Michelle and Danielle, the Project Coordinator got the job done. If your looking to go solar look no further than Rooftop Solar.it was one of the easiest projects we have undertaken from Michelle our salesperson, to Danielle the Project Manager they took care of everything. They guided us thru financing up to the finished project. We had zero issues. Danielle was awesome whenever she said something was going to be done it was done. The installers showed up on time and were done in the time given. Our system is up and running and is working as promised. I started researching solar companies in early April 2022 and lined up four companies to talk to and get quotes from. After talking to three of them, I had already decided on the one I liked and began the initial stages to move forward with financing and getting the solar contract created. Then I talked with Dale from Rooftop Solar, the fourth company, and completely switched gears. The financing option they offered was much more appealing than the other solar financing options out there. They used quality equipment, comparable to other companies and comparable in price, but offered a much better warranty than the other companies. These factors alone were enough to make the switch to Rooftop, just from a numbers/warranty perspective, but the customer service I received from Dale exceeded all others by far (in fact, the experience stands out as one of the best, if the best, experiences I’ve ever had). Not only did he respond to all my follow-up questions/concerns after our initial discussion (I had many, we created quite the email chain) he also included links to videos and articles and even tax forms to help make sure I had all the information I was after and to provide confidence that the answers he provided were correct and accurate. In one of our phone conversations when reviewing the final agreement, he even got one of the owners on the line to help address a hypothetical scenario I brought up. The owner also reached out to me separately on a couple occasions. To summarize, the equipment and cost are comparable, the warranty and financing options are superior, and the customer service is extraordinary.
