Called at almost 11PM at night for an emergency service. Within an hr, Mr, Leighton Johnson was at my house, servicing my unit. Leighton was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I give this company 5 stars and highly recommend

Oliver and Leo come over and did great job. The ac I blowing ice cold air and working much better. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing ac repairs done. I will always call ac temp in the future. Very Happy.

0 stars if I could. Was not impressed. Called at 8:30AM. Oliver said he would be coming after lunch. (Totally understandable with busy days) After many phone calls later he showed up at 6:45PM. I feel our service was extremely overpriced. Would have cost more to see if we may or may not have a leak. I already have called a different company who my family member told us to call who can fix our issue for lower than half the price Oliver estimated to us and they are willing to drive to us to fix it. Won’t be using this company in the future and won’t be recommending. Beware. Felt like a scam.

I recently had an emergency service call and was quite disappointed with the experience. Initially, the technician informed me that a new breaker was required, but as an interim solution, he placed a breaker found in his van. He assured me that he would purchase a new breaker the next day. However, the next day, the technician changed his story, stating that a "heater strip" needed replacement instead. When I inquired about the new breaker, he claimed that the current breaker would suffice and that the fix would be the heater strip. Despite this, he charged me $225 for a used breaker, even though I was led to believe a new one would be required. To make matters worse, my tenant confirmed that the technician mentioned this was just a temporary fix, exactly what I was told initially. This inconsistency in information is troubling, especially after payment has been made. I am now left with doubts about the quality of the job done and feel the need to seek a second opinion from another company. It's disappointing to receive conflicting information and to be charged for something that was not as promised. If it required a heater strip, why didn't they say that initially? I advise potential customers to exercise caution with this company and put everything in writing.

I have a VRBO and my guests texted me around 9:30pm that the AC wasn't cooling. I found AC Temp at around 10pm and they were at my house by 10am the next day. They could have easily overcharged me since I was in a jam, but they were able to fix the problem and gave me a very response price. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact when I'm back in town I'm going to setup a regular maintenance schedule with them. Again very honest with me when they could have easily jammed me on the price.

Oliver was helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Replaced the thermostat and flushed the system. AC is working great now.

Great experience with AC tech Oliver! Our AC system gave out at 6:30 PM and they were here at 9:30 PM to make the repair. Extremely friendly and extremely professional!! I highly recommend their services.
