Premier Solar Northwest

We had Solar panels installed by Premier Solar NW back in 2021 and have been very happy with their ability to create clean energy and reduce our electric bills. This summer, we had a fault with our inverter and the system stopped working. Premier can to diagnose and fix the issue and also assessed that the inverter needed to be replaced. They worked with SolarEdge to order a new unit under warranty and although it took a while for SolarEdge to deliver it correctly, once it arrived, Premier Solar came to install the new one and set it up correctly. We were fortunate that the old inverter was still able to work after the initial fault and until the new one was installed. Through the whole process, Kelly did a great job with communications and managing the process between SolarEdge and Premier Solar. Brent, the tech who installed the new inverter, also did a great job. Thank you!

I chose Premier Solar to install solar panels on my home based solely on google reviews. I was not disappointed. The entire team was so easy to work with and made the entire process effortless. Fast forward 4 years. We had a "communication" issue with our inverter that was an issue on my end and no fault of the company's equipment. I reached out to my insulation contact and was told the company had been sold. Usually this would concern me, but I was not disappointed. When I did reach out to the company for assistance, I was connected to a fantastic person (Kelly) who worked with me to coordinate a solution. Ryan was the tech that came out and addressed and corrected the issue and was a great person to work with. I also want to give a shout out to the owner Brett. He is the type of owner who truly cares about his customers and it shows. Thank you

Premier Solar Company installed my solar system back in 2020. Recent, the inverter ran into some issues. I called my old contacts but found out the previous owner sold to the New Owner. Bret and Noel (customer manager) sent their technical team out to trouble shooting. Adam replaced the bad inverter with a new inverter, but then found out something else went wrong on the roof. First service visit charged $300. Kyle came and completed the fix on the roof. They did not charge for the 2nd service (free). My solar system is now fully working. Overall, they provided excellent technical support. I rarely write a review! For this one, I would give A+. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Premier Solar NW. My system was installed a year ago and has performed flawlessly over the last year. I received four quotes but Premier Solar NW was by far the easiest and most responsive to work with. From sales (Randy), to design (Nathan), to pre-installation review prior to contract signing, to installation, the entire team was excellent to work with and the quality of the installation was top notch.

Our solar panels have been up for a week and are working great. The process for getting them was smooth. Randy, the salesperson was knowledgeable, straightforward, honest, and responsive. The installation team came right on time, worked hard and creatively, communicated excellently with us during the two days they were working at the house. The process of getting from proposal to installation had some periods when it seemed nothing was happening. This seems inevitable in these times and not the fault of Premier. The only thing premier might have done is communicate even during the quiet times...just to say that things are still on track/here's whats going on. I would have appreciated that reassurance. When i gave feedback to Premier it was accepted gracefully. Overall we are super satsified and would recommend them based on our experience.

Premier Solar was excellent in helping me design a system and work with my GC and electrician to time the install properly with the full remodel of my home. I've worked with solar companies in the past for my other homes and this was by far the best/easiest experience! Great Job!

We’re really happy with how our solar installation turned out! The whole team was awesome—super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The install itself went smoothly and everything looks and works great. The only hiccup was the timeline. It ended up taking over three months longer than we were originally told from when we signed the contract to when the system was actually installed. It was a bit frustrating at times, but no real fault to Premeir! They were always fast at responding to my questions and giving updates on the permitting process. That said, once things got moving, the crew did a fantastic job. We're glad we went with Premeir Solar NW and would recommend them. Also the inspector came by and said the did a beautiful job on the install.
