Once again Eddie from Poco Solar provided an excellent service, went above and beyond to solve the problem. He is very knowledgeable and a great person. I have only had excellent post install service from Poco since 2018, they honor the warranty and no surprises , just honest, customer friendly service. Thank you Eddie and the team at Poco solar, appreciate you guys.

Poco has been in business for 30+ years and is a real local business. They are literally and figuratively "our neighbors". They did a great job and were extremely competitive. They went above and beyond. Thanks to Greg, Jesse, Kevin and the team at Poco!

The pool solar panels have worked well for me over the past 5 years, keeping the pool water temperature really comfortable in relatively cool Belmont, CA. However, I find that every year a a couple of the tiny water pipes in the panels spring holes and have to be replaced. Poco Solar has been attentive to these warranty-based free replacements and have changed the panels or repaired the pipes almost every year for the past 5 years. The only issue that I face there is that they are really backed up during Summers and repairs usually take 3 to 6 months to occur.

They were able to get me in before my scheduled appointment, there was a cancellation so moved me up. Service was fantastic! Quickly repaired our leaks and let me know about next steps and options.

We hired Poco to install a solar-thermal pool heating system back in 2020 based on our contractors recommendation. At the time they were very responsive, did a good job with the install and follow-up. More recently, we've had 4 panels that have failed, and the manufacturer of those panels (Fafco) went out of business, which voided the warranty, which was very disappointing but out of Poco's control. Poco offered to replace them with discounted panels from the now defunct manufacturer or a different panel from a different manufacturer - I understand they are still incurring costs for these replacements but it's frustrating to have to come out of pocket to replace panels that are supposed to last 20+ years. The specific complaint I have is that their customer service is VERY SLOW to respond, often taking a week to get back to me and I have to send multiple emails and phone calls in order to get some response from their team. I'm not sure I'd recommend using them as something seems to have changed in their business from when we first used them to install.

The men today were very nice and good. We had the roof replaced so they had to reinstall the pool solar which has been amazing

Was unable to replace leaking panel since Service agent sent out a repairman who did not have cool PV replacement panels. He said he was not the correct man He found a leak at the joint and tightened it and said to keep an eye on it It took almost two months of waiting for this appointment and they sent out the wrong repairman!!! Not good service when I told them the panel was leaking and probably needed replacement
