Their door to door sales representative said he was from pg&e. He signed us for vista without asking. Becareful they ask to see your bill and sign you on their phone. I realized what happened when I got a welcome letter from them. I ended up paying 2X what usually pay. When I called them, the lady who help me out was really nic and said they would take care of it. When I got my bill and called them the other representative was really rude and was like "he have no notes about what happened and it’s not our problem our door to door sales lie" I asked him if he knew they can’t say the are from pg&e and he was like you can’t prove it.
Keeps calling even when told I was on the do not call list.
