Affordable Solar Roof & Air - Dallas

STAY AWAY!!! I'm having EXTREMELY BAD experience with this company. Contract for solar installation was signed in May with 90 days Installation timeline and get it up and running. They have sent multiple electricians and installation took more than two weeks. They were NOT aware of Frisco City code and FAILED Inspection. They are taking long to correct those code violations and still not corrected.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

I had an outstanding experience with Affordable Solar roof and Air from start to finish! Bryan was the first person to reach out to me, and he did an exceptional job explaining the entire solar process in a clear, honest, and professional way. He answered all my questions with patience and helped me feel confident about making the switch to solar. Once everything was in place, Donnie and his installation team came in and took care of the setup with incredible speed and precision. They worked efficiently, kept everything neat, and completed the entire installation without a hitch. What impressed me most was how smoothly everything went, they even passed the inspection on the very first attempt! From initial consultation to final approval, this team delivered a top quality service. I highly recommend Affordable Solar roof and Air to anyone considering solar they truly made the process seamless and stressfree.

Beware !!! We have signed a contract in may with 90 days Installation timeline and get it up and running. They took too long to complete installation. After all the delay they were NOT aware of Frisco City code and FAILED Inspection. They are still correcting the violation and yet to get City approval. Not very easy to reach out to. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Don't honor their contract. Was told I would have 10 free cleanings. 1 a year and it's bs. I had to call 3 times just to speak to someone who claimed I was on the schedule. A week later had to call again because nothing had been done. Claimed I was on the scheduled and they were just backed up. A guy finally called saying he'd get to it that weekend or early the following week. Here we are 2 months later and still nothing has been done. These guys are clowns. I'd stay away. Wish I would've spent a little more for a more local company and not a bs chain company.

Since installed 2024 i have not seing the saving my sistems just broke and guess what? Im paying fpl high bills, and Affordable roof & air wont pay for it, not happy at all i dont recommend solar to anyone better keeping fpl

Solar installed 3/15/2024. So far so good. The whole process has been relatively easy. Everyone at Affordable Solar Roof & Air has been very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. They have been very flexible with my schedule. I will know more in about a month on how well the system is working and how much I am saving on my electric bill.

STAY AWAY, This company is a fraud. Don't waste your money use a different company. Once they get their money after installation you will never see them again, I've been talking to a Cody Sheron in the Dallas office since July, he just gives me one excuse after another why they can't schedule my maintenance, we're short on electrician, we don't have the parts and have to order it, etc. etc. We're in October and still no schedule appointment. I called to ask about expanding my system by adding more panelsIs, on that they were quick to send me a contract and a payment form, they didn't say anything about having a shortage then.
