We were beyond satisfied with Beacon Solar. A different company that installed our array, went out of business and we needed some repairs. Many Installers were not willing to do repairs but Beacon Solar not only helped us in a very timely manner, but the technician was super knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. The whole process was smooth in my system is up and running without issue.

Recently had to have our inverter replaced on a system 2 years old. Beacon determined that it was the problem area and after receiving a new unit from Solar Edge, we got the new unit installed. There were problems getting it integrated into our system to communicate with our storage battery and metering system/monitor. Again Beacon came to our house , troubleshooting the system and finally getting it all running again. We thank all of the support team from the installers/electricians and a BIG shout out and thank you to Sydney, the service coordinator who helped me communicate the problems to their team, get everything scheduled, and kept me informed of the progress in getting our system back and running. Yeah Sydney !!

I had an EV charger installed by beacon and they did an excellent job. They worked in the rain and were very professional and took time to explain the charger app and what the expected charging speed was. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our system was installed by Smart Green, the company who's come under legal fire in multiple states, shortly after our initial install. It was almost year before our system was live, and a month after that our Enphase gateway stopped working. We called many companies but no one would service a system they didn't install. Beacon Solar had no problem helping us. They were courteous, prompt, professional, and had great attention to detail. Before making an appointment they had us make sure their service wouldn't void our warranty, advising we reach out to Enphase for approval. Beacon Solar also gave us a quote via email before booking. After that Beacon Solar came out within a week, bright and early, and got the job done. Once the system was up and running, they made sure nothing else was wrong, and that all the micro converters were functional. They also called Enphase to make sure things looked good on their end. We made Beacon Solar our new authorized service via Enphase, and we'll be using them for future repairs and upkeep. Our only regret is not using Beacon Solar from the start, it would've saved us a huge headache.

I spoke to many of the solar companies in the area, and wanted a company who was reputable, had a good amount of experience, who self-installs and services their own systems, and who envisions being around for the road ahead given the long-term investment. Great company to work with. It’s hard finding a company to inspect and repair older solar panels that were installed by someone else, but they were more than willing to help us out!
