I was very happy with the service and the professionalism of everyone that I dealt with. I had some questions and was confused as I was given conflicting information from another company that was the opposite of what I was told with these guys. They helped me to sort this out without bashing any competitors which was a big plus to me. The installation was done exactly per how I asked it to be done and we were shown how to take care of the system so that it will last for years to come. There was never any high pressure in the sales and overall it was a great experience and out water looks, feels and tastes great.

This has been an amazing experience. From demonstration to Installation and our follow up. Everyone has been amazing to work with . All of our questions and concerns covered. This has been the best investment for our family and our health. We couldn't be happier.

They came quickly and installed the new hot water heater without any problems. They even took the old one away. Very well satisfied with the purchase process as well. I was even able to replace it with a 40 gallon. The first picture is before and the second picture is the new install.

The crew from Florida Energy came out the same day I spoke with their schedulers, were incredibly courteous and professional, and their work was incredible. They had to make a number of adjustments to my house given its age, I thought this would drastically slow them down but to the contrary they worked efficiently. The price point through their partnership with Lowe's was unbeat by the other bids I put out, they used a name brand tank and pulled all permits needed. I would absolutely go through them again for my future needs.
