Guilleromo's help with our purchase of a new TV and sound system. We had wondered the TV section to quite some time wondering if we should leave because we had been being ignored. An employee actually came to where we were and asked another customer if they needed help and then walked away. That customer had been there a fraction of the time. If it wasn't for Guillermo, we would have went elsewhere to spend our few grand budget. My only feedback besides an amazing supervisor is to train other employees to not judge a book by it's cover. We most definitely spent more money then the customer who was offered help when we weren't ‍♀️

So any other day at this Best Buy has been pretty decent. However, I want to give it one star for today. I walked in needing help and someone told me they would have someone come over but 15 minutes went by, no person in site. I asked another person and they said a similar thing, adding they were tied up, but not sure how he knew because he was sitting in one spot at a desk. Still no one. I saw a couple employees walking by without customers so was I to believe no one could help or had a call for assistance actually been made? Here's the kicker, I walked out frustrated and said to the employee standing at the door that I had been waiting for help, no one came and I was going to buy my things at Amazon. The guy said that's fine as if they didn't care at all. If I did that at a place I worked at, I would have been reprimanded dearly. I'm not sure I'll shop at this location again.

I don't know why people buy from Best Buy. If you have problems they won't help. I have a prize my daughter received that she wants to exchange for something different, something more expensive. I know that it was purchased from Best Buy but unless I know the exact details of the person that purchased it then they refuse to be of any help. I don't want any money, infact I want to pay them more money to get something more expensive but they won't do it unless I have the receipt or know exactly who purchased it their info. It blows my mind they they can stay in business.

Best buy is awesome. I shop here a lot. Get this, I needed a new phone because my old one couldn't book a flight I needed to get on, so I chose an affordable one online, walked in, described and bought it and booked the flight that day for the next day. Being in their rewards program really helped, but it was the employees that really made it work. Knowledge and integrity. Thanks phone guy!

Went in to get information about and possibly buy a dash cam on 10/24/2025. There was maybe 2 other customers in the store with possible 15 employees. Not only was I not helped at all, nobody acknowledged me at all. It was like I was invisible. I was surprised that so many employees just stand around not willing or wanting to help a customer. Needless to say I walked out, again no acknowledgment, no thanks for coming in. How do they stay in business?
