Tyler Manley did an outstanding job installing the Brita Pro water softener and Brita Pro water purifier systems at our home. All the work was planned and executed in a professional and efficient manner. The workmanship is excellent and the work area was fully cleaned afterwards. The resulting soft and purified water is great with clean clothes, hair and bodies and no more icky tasting water. My wife and I are very happy with the work and improved water.

Fabian performed a very thorough and systematic whole house inspection to diagnose an intermittent low water pressure condition at my residence. Although he didn't find a smoking gun, Fabian was able to eliminate potential causes within the home itself and suggested external factors outside my control that could be causing the problem. Fabian recommended several steps I can take myself to help root cause the issue. Fabian spent approximately an hour and a half diagnosing the issue with no $ charge. Fabian was very professional and worked in a very neat and methodical manner. I will definitely ask for Fabian if I have plumbing issues in the future.

having a water heater burst can be almost as traumatic as a fire. the damage and loss of hot water demand immediate help. Because he'd taken such great care of us in the past, we reached out to Jacob and the Intelligent Design folks again and it was a great call. Jacob quickly diagnosed the problems, and gave us a game plan to get us back to normal. he connected us with with a terrific remediation provider, made recommendations for a replacement appliance and performed not only a rapid and flawless installation, he did so in a manner my wife finds aesthestically pleasing as you can see in the attached photo for yourself. bottom line: after only one cold shower, we were back to inexhaustible hot water and domestic bliss. It seems that I can't do multiple reviews on a single business even though they provide multiple different services (pluming, HVAC, roofing, etc.) so I'm updating my current review. On Wednesday the 12th of November, 2025, we had a general service check on our plumbing by Anthony Brown a plumber at Intelligent Design (ID). He was on time and gave us some good information on our water heater, it's was time to replace it before we have an issue due to its age. We met with his manager at ID via a MS Teams chat so we could all discuss a simple tank replacement or changing to a tankless water heater. We went over the pros and cons, what options we would need or not need and the cost difference over time. It was a good conversation since we gained information that we didn't have regarding tankless water heaters vs tank water heaters. We went with a tankless version, it cost more up front but over time will save us money and the hassle of replacing tanks every so many years, as a bonus its more efficient on natural gas than the tank. ID was able to schedule Anthony Brown the next day to do the replacement. Anthony was on time, pleasant to work with, explained every thing we was doing, had prepared his truck with all of the items he needed and did exceptional work. He also repiped our natural gas line to feed the new tankless water heater, to upgrade the pipe to 3/4 inch from the 1/2 inch that fed the previous tank water heater. We liked working with Anthony Brown and would recommend him and Intelligent Design for your projects. I've attached two photos of the tankless water heater on my wall and one of the pipe change area. Previous review of pluming done by Intelligent Design: Jason Shreves and his crew Ryan and Fabian did an excellent job on our sewer pipe replacement from the house to the street. Jason let us know what time he was going to arrive and when he left each day. He kept us up to date on the progress and even stayed very late on the last night to get it done on time. Jason had done our normal house check prior to the work and showed us the roots in the old clay sewer pipe. He's very easy to talk to, experienced, mature, and knowledgeable so we went with Jason at Intelligent Design to do the work. The clay dirt and the calichi were quite a challenge to dig through, they brought in equipment to dig as well as did a lot of hand digging. They all had a great work ethic and dug carefully to not damage any other pipes in the area, water and my rainwater harvesting pipe. I would recommend Jason Shreves to work on your plumbing project. Due to his work ethic and knowledge you won't be disappointed. See photos. Scot, home owner.
