They are Tucson's top solar contractor when it comes to keeping the customer informed. All of their staff members were helpful and highly organized. Net Zero Solar is a great company to work with. We genuinely enjoyed all the interactions we had with their people. They did a really good job of explaining things and helping us select what we wanted with the system and then they also did a great job installing it. Installers worked really hard and left zero mess behind.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so disappointing that I feel compelled to warn others. From the very beginning, the staff were incredibly dismissive and outright rude. Instead of taking the time to thoughtfully answer my questions or provide guidance, I was brushed off with careless responses and zero effort to help me understand how to access solar tax credits and other incentives.It was clear that customer service and professionalism are not priorities here. For contrast, I reached out to Technicians for Sustainability, and the difference was night and day. Their team has been thoughtful, patient, and genuinely invested in guiding me through the process step by step. They took the time to explain my options clearly and respectfully. If you’re considering solar, I strongly recommend avoiding this company and instead working with a professional, customer-centered team like Technicians for Sustainability.

Net Zero Solar is the hands down the go to place for solar installation. We met with all the top rated companies in town and Net Zero Solar was clearly head and shoulders above them. Everyone in the company from the owners to the front office workers are top notch. They exude professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and deliver an excellent product. Every step from the design, obtaining permission/permits from the HOA, city, county, and TEP was taken by one of their employees. We had them install ground mounted solar and an EV charger on our property and could not be happier. The TEP bills were cut in half in the summer months and very minimal in the winter months. There is a reason they have all 5 reviews over and over. We also met many other satisfied customers at their annual company party at a local brewery. Don't waste your time with other companies and just hire Net Zero Solar!

We are extremely pleased with the system the Net Zero Solar installed for us. Their work was thoroughly engineered and documented. Their professionalism is outstanding. Our electric bill for March of 2023 was $226. For March of 2024 it was $47. The bill for April of 2023 was $235 and for April of 2024 was $45. Attached are a couple of photos of the panels that the utility interface. Great job all around!

Chad Waits was our first contact with Net Zero; he answered all our questions and got us on their schedule. He also directed the installation of our panels which was professional, even perfectionist in my view. The panels and the entire system have been working flawlessly for over a year now. Not only do they make our APS bills easy to handle, they also help charge our Tesla for almost zero cost. Great company, great team!

Very aggressive sales tactics by phone and in person. They keep calling numbers that are on the Do not Call list. This needs to be criminally referred to the FTC. The guy on the other line became combative after I said Please take us off the call list and he kept arguing and would not listen to us telling him, we are not interested. FTC needs to bring high fines to this business and possible criminal charges for their predatory tactics
