Street shark was an absolute pleasure to work with. They installed solar panels, batteries, an inverter and dug a trench for electrical installation. The process took two days as it was a lot of work that took 7 technicians to complete. They were knowledgeable, accommodating and extremely respectful of our home. I would do business with them again and would absolutely recommend their services to others!

Freedom Forever is a nightmare to have. I wish they never installed my solar. First off, it took more than a year to get my solar up and running. They also did such a bad job that they put nails that ruined my stucco in many places! Their customer support is ridiculous. Each call is a 1 hour wait or more. I had one of their breakers go out and after finally getting Justin to come out, he put a temporary breaker and said that they needed to redesign their system, but the never followed through. I spoke to Reese Bryant, and he assured me he would follow up and call me after 14 days. Regrettably, he never called with a follow up. I finally called Solar Solutions to get their take on the issue. That cost me $300.00. Now I am just waiting for something to be done. I regret ever using them. I will tell everybody who will listen how bad this company is. I did not get value for the high cost of installation. Stay away from this company. They are one big headache! The team Freedom Forever sent out to install our solar panels, I have to say we’re excellent. During these days when customer service is sometimes lacking, this group of guys were on time, responsive, professional, personable, and efficient. They not only installed the entire system quickly, but also answered all of our questions. They also left the areas they worked in clean and in good condition which was greatly appreciated. I usually don't fill out these tpe of questionnaires or posts, but my wife and I would recommend this team to install their system to anyone considering installation of a new solar system. I hired this company to install a solar battery for my home. That was 9 months ago, and the project is still delayed and not completed because they have repeatedly installed the wrong parts for the solar battery so we keep failing inspections. I have to beg them to come out to redo the work in a timely manner each time. It’s truly as though they’ve never done this before, which is baffling. If you are considering this company, please do not, I can’t stress this enough. We regret signing a contract with freedom forever and cannot wait for this nightmare of a process to be over with. The team that we’re in communication with has not been helpful at all and it’s been weekly phone calls and emails on my end to try to get things moving to little avail. Go with another company and stay away from Freedom Forever.
