I was lucky to stumble upon a reference for Harina and her team at Aikyum Solar 2 years ago and am a happy customer of theirs since then. They professionally installed solar panels for my home as agreed and on time through an extremely transparent process and despite any challenges. They have handled all the formalities and paperwork required by HOA and electric company with pretty much zero involvement from my side. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very-very long time! Two years in and my system performs as per design without any surprises. I would recommend Aikyum Solar as the best solar installer there is period.

Aikyum Solar was recommended to us by OC-GoesSolar. Aikyum Solar has offered us a very different experience from the average solar vendor. We were able to obtain a professional quote without having to go through a sales pitch. Upon review of the quote we were able to validate the quality of the proposed components, the sizing of the system, and the competitive rates. We were able to explore different system configurations, their costs, and their benefits. All of our questions and concerns were addressed beyond our expectations throughout the project. Every employee that we interacted with was positive, professional, and focused on our satisfaction. Aikyum Solar allowed us to adjust the system design to our expectation while they were instrumental in suggesting valued recommendations. The project was well planned and executed. Everything went well and as planned. We felt well informed of what to expect and when. The quality of the installation was impeccable. As of today we have been operating our system for a month and we are very satisfied with every aspect. Our experience with Aikyum Solar was simply remarkable. They are knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend them to anyone without any reservations. If we had to, we would choose them again.

This review is long overdue, but I want to sincerely thank Harina and the entire Aikyum Solar & Roofing team for making this project such a smooth and speedy experience--truly record-breaking at just 4 months from start to finish! We first reached out to Harina in early April 2022, and by the end of July, we already had full PTO. We decided to replace our roof first--since it only had about 5 years of life left--and that was completed by mid-June. Solar panels were installed by the end of June, and everything was up and running shortly after. Huge thanks to Manuel and his hardworking crew for doing an excellent job on the roof. Arjay handled all the electrical work and the panel hookup--super knowledgeable and efficient. And a big shoutout to Hassan, Guillerme, and Darius, who handled the bulk of the solar panel installation--they were professional, friendly, and great to work with. I also want to personally thank Harina and Sonan, who were both incredibly responsive and helpful over email throughout the entire process. They kept me well-informed at every step and were always quick to answer questions or clarify what to expect next. Their communication really made the experience stress-free. We've had a great experience with Aikyum Solar & Roofing and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and fast solar + roofing project!

Aikyum did a great job on our solar installation. Communication was excellent, clear and timely. The crew was professional, friendly and courteous, and kept everything tidy and cleaned up at end of each day that they were here. The company kept us up to date on timelines, inspections, SCE communications, etc. The whole process was seamless from our perspective with minimum disruption to the household other than a minimal power downtime for final connection, which was expected. Could not have expected a better experience that what we had with Aikyum.

I contracted Aikyum Solar to install 20 solar panels on my spanish tile roof in 2023. They did a great job. I got bids from 6 other solar companies but I felt they were too big and busy to really do the job for me. In addition, the big companies did not always answer my questions in my satisfaction. But Aikyum was thorough and clear during the whole process. Aikyum was always on time and walked me through the who process with permitting and filing for NEM with SCE. I'm now enjoying the electric power savings This is the best upgrade and savings for our house.

I strongly recommend Aikyum Solar. As other reviewers have mentioned, there was no sales pitch. Harina took the time to understand our electricity needs, both current and future and designed an system accordingly. The entire process was extremely smooth. The team helped with the HOA approval, coordinated with the city of Irvine and SCE. We began the process June 17th and received our permission to operate on August 20th. With the panels and the battery, we are essentially off the grid. Thank you Aikyum.

The panels are working well, and the system is fully operational and efficient. MOST IMPORTANTLY, Aikyum Solar is the most professional contractor that I have hired....ever. The care by which the installers work is second to none. The process of designing the best array of panels for my needs, roof shape, aspects, etc, was a pleasure, and the Aikyum team never pushed their profits over our satisfaction. We are highly satisfied and wish there was a firm as high quality as Aikyum for every other service we need. But alas, no one can compare.
