Solar Technologies gave us great service from the beginning through the end of our home solar power installation. The sales rep was informative, low-pressure, and very professional. The whole team did a great job through the initial site visit, through the installation, inspection, and final system walkthrough. Everything was very straightforward, costs and timelines were explained clearly and we had no surprises. The installation crews were also very professional and communicated very clearly as well. It was also great to see them work well with the city inspectors, and it was clear they all shared mutual respect.

Solar Technologies provided excellent service with high professionalism and successfully completed our residential solar project. The salesperson deeply understood all the technical details and explained them to us clearly, helped us identify design options, and remained as a primary contact for us throughout the project. The costs were all fair and transparent, with a 'no surprises' approach. The entire Solar Technologies team worked together effectively to resolve a timing issue that arose on the PG&E side (not caused by Solar Tech). Highly recommend.

My solar was not producing energy and I contacted Solar Technologies for troubleshooting. Javier arrived during the expected arrival window and started working. He reviewed everything, took pictures and resolved the issue within the hour. 5 stars for a great experience.

The Solar Technologies technician (Jessie) did a superb job repairing my panels. Meticulous and thorough. Quality comes from within and you can sense it watching him. I'm sure this also comes from the team he works with.

Was kept informed about ETA. Jesse a d Javier worked hard and carefully cleani g the redwood under tha panels, installing critter guard and cleaning all the panels. They sparkle in the bright sun! I suspect we will have a nice bump in the panel output after all the dirt, dust and needles are gone. Everywhere they worked is spotless. Highly recommend Solar Technologies!

My friend referred me to Solar Technologies of San Ramon and its Solar Energy Consultant, Keenan Shaw. He had work done by their company many years ago, and was purchasing additional panels for his electric vehicles. Keenan was very enthusiastic about their product and its offering remarkable savings on my PGE bill. He knowledgeably and patiently enabled me to file all the necessary paperwork correctly. My two day installation went smoothly and skillfully thanks to Installation Lead, David Ortega. He kept me informed on all stages of execution. He patched a couple of roofing vulnerabilities he happened to come across. He even repaired an electrical panel door whose screw had been stripped. I am delighted with Solar Technologies, and look forward to my new system's considerable PGE savings. Thank you Keenan, David and your quality company!

The Solar Technologies staff worked hard as a team to deliver a great product from planning to sales, permitting, installation, and inspection. The project manager gave us timely updates on the process for our installation. The solar panels and battery storage have acted seamlessly to transition to backup power when we have had grid power outages due to planned and unplanned PG&E outages. The apps available for system monitoring give a record of power usage for the solar panels and battery. I highly recommend Solar Technologies for a custom solar project.
