Sonovus Energy

Sonovus energy installed solar panels on my home but I have a concern about how they secured the panels because they only bolt them on the plywood not from the 4x2 to have better support especially because here in North texas we have strong winds and tornados I been trying to get someone from sonovus to see the installation but no one call me back I sent pictures showing the type of information they did but still no one got in touch with me to discuss my concerns I also been trying to get in touch with the salesman Ismael Lopez but he disappeared after the installation but all I need is make sure everything is good and secure other than that everything is working good.

Sonovus installed solar panels on our home in 2023. We have a broken panel now and I have been trying to get in touch with them. Their website no longer works and no one answers their phones. Panel is under warranty and need it to be replaced. There seems to be a person named Drew that has responded to people through these Google reviews, but when I emailed him it bounced back. Just need someone's valid contact information.

It was a pleasure to work with the Sonovus associates. Starting with Drew, who presented the product and answered all my questions, who also assisted me in other areas that were best for me. I also was very pleased with the installation crew, who did a great job. The result was a profesional and excellent installation. The crew was alap able to answer my questions and explained how the system worked. Overall, it was a positive and pleasant experience.

Getting start was rough as they had trouble getting the app to receive signal. But finally after everything is said and done everything is working great! The company and its employees were super nice and very patient. They worked around our work schedules and made sure we were not just happy with the system but made sure we understood how to read the app and the readings. The team made many trips until we were satisfied and did not get impatient even once. Customer service deserves more than 5 stars. The equipment is sleek and looks great in our yard. Though a bit bigger than we thought. Got my first electric bill with the savings and wooo boy my bill was cut down to just the $40 connectivity fee! This family is one satisfied customer. Looking to many years with Sonovus Energy.

I would like to leave a better review and I am willing to modify this one. But the customer service is lacking. My customer service rep was horrible - she rarely contacted me and provided minimal information when she did. I finally went over her head and got the install accomplished. But that was the absolute last time I heard from someone. I really thought someone would check in on me (I would like to know how to install the app for example). The six month timeline for completion was excessive I thought but it is done. I just want some followup

Would not recommend them at all. Signed contract in July 2023, everything got installed in about 3 months but we are still not using solar because we went about 6 months without any contact or what was going on with our system. It is now April and people finally show up to inspect it with the city and there no plans or permits for the city to check out.

We had a solar system installed on our property by Sonovus Energy over 5 weeks ago. Our Electric Company sent Sonovus Energy instructions with the proper paperwork and cost of application fee to submit. Sonovus Energy never submitted paperwork, never paid application fee, never scheduled final inspection, and illegally activated our solar system. Our Electric Company visited our house 3 days later to shut off our solar system control box and placed a lock on the control box. As of today, we have a solar system completely installed but cannot be utilize and still paying full electric bill. We contacted Mr. Carlos Menchaca 3 weeks ago and still not resolved.
