James White was very kind and professional and explained all the repairs we needed in an easy to follow manner. He came out only a few hours after calling. He even checked on more than what we originally called for. I highly recommend giving SORG a call.

We called this morning and James W came out right away to check out why our AC wasn’t working. He took photos so we could reference the issues with our unit, and explained that some of the other issues in our house are linked to the issues with our AC. He was thorough and knowledgeable, and willing to do whatever worked for us. We now have a plan to fix not only our AC, but some of the other things going on that we didn’t even know were related.

McKinley came for a HVAC air conditioning checkup today and he was GREAT. Polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He checked both compressors and air handlers/checked the filters and other parts and pieces. He took about an hour to go through both systems, pronounced them in good shape and was on his way home. SORG is now part of the Synergy Family of HVAC servicers and installers. There's no one I would recommend more highly than Synergy and SORG.
