After being quoted $1100 through Safelite because my insurance policy didn’t cover damage via vandalism, I explored other options and found Speed Auto Glass. I called around 11:30am on a Monday and was able to bring the car in same day as they had the part. Was told it would take about an hour and a half and I don’t believe I waited longer than that! They saved me $700!! Everybody was nice and professional!! Would recommend to other people!!

TL;DR: Walked in on a Sunday with a cracked windshield, no appointment. They replaced it in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price, gave great care instructions, and were super friendly. Highly recommend! I was driving on the highway when I heard a loud ping — a rock must have hit my windshield. Later, I noticed not just the impact mark but a crack creeping up the glass. I had some free time on a Sunday and didn’t think any auto glass place would be open, but I found Speed Auto Glass on Google and decided to give them a try. I walked in without an appointment, explained my situation, and the gentleman at the front desk came outside to inspect my windshield. He let me know the entire windshield needed to be replaced — something I was dreading because I assumed it would cost hundreds. To my surprise, the price was much more reasonable than I expected. Even better, when I asked how long it would take, he told me only 30 minutes. I handed over my keys, and true to his word, they had my new windshield installed in about half an hour. He even took the time to explain how to properly care for it. The customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and fast. I’m so grateful for how easy and stress-free they made this process. I’ll definitely be recommending Speed Auto Glass to friends and family!

5 stars for Speed Auto Glass for their awesome customer service and quality of work. I contacted different shops in the area but these guys had the best pricing! Also the quality of glass is great! Ended up getting an aftermarket glass, at first i was skeptical but when I saw the glass, it was definitely great quality glass! They were also very helpful and were responsive to my emails and questions I had. When it came to the day of appointment, they were fast, and service took about an hour or so.

Furthermore, I called 4 other repair shops to get quotes and can confirm Speed's pricing was the most reasonable. After the amazing service I received today I'm happy to add another 5-star review. Their team is extremely professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issue and how to properly care for it once it was replaced. The entire process took about 30 minutes - very efficient! I was deeply impressed with their customer service and quality of work. Excellent communication Quick service Upon leaving the manager run to my car to check on if I was satisfied with their work and thanked me. Highly recommend. I called other shops to see if I can get OEM windshield replacement and all said it takes long time to get and insurance won’t cover it, not the case here when I called they mentioned they have it in stock and was able to schedule an appointment the very next day and guess what insurance cover it.
