Luci and Raisa were both super friendly team members! Luci did a great job on my print order! Raisa helped with communication and they went above and beyond to get my job done even sooner than they were required. They are great asset to your company! I will for sure be using Staples again because of them and to specifically work with them!

If you need a business stamp, DO NOT go here. Asked for help, and the employee turned the screen and keyboard around for me to do all the work. It was difficult to get help or assistance in creating the stamp. I asked if it was "self service?". Response: "Well you can do it at home on your computer." I explained I came to Staples because I thought you could provide a service and HELP me. FINALLY got the girl to help me on THEIR computer after several frustrated attempts and not knowing what I was doing. They only had 2 stamps in stock. One red and one black. I needed 2 black. No ideal when or if they would get more delivered? Finally picked them up yesterday. They did not fit the form I intended to use them on. I explained my frustration and showed them by stamping my business form and how it didn't fit. I hesitated to pay for them and was told, "Well we did the work! And we don't have any more stamps in stock to redo them for you." I paid for them and then went to Fed Ex and got TRUE customer service and the employees did ALL the work. So tired of businesses like Staples who expect customers to do all the work while employees supervise. I wouldn't mind so much, if they gave me an employee discount for working for the company.

Every time I request service here! Lucy is a beloved and appreciated lady who serves all her clients with excellence, and I always feel blessed by the excellent work she does. She always has a smile on her face, and above all, even when she's going through a difficult situation like all human beings, she always knows how to stand out. She's very responsible, so I think Staple should take care of her. But wherever God leads you, my dear friend, you will always prosper and be great.

Very rude staff. Tried returning Amazon package before I get charged again for it and they don't even try to help you. They give you attitude and no assistance. Wouldn't recommend here y'all. It used to be easy but this little short brown haired lady with glasses just yells and has no customer service whatsoever. She definitely needs to take a class on professional.

Beware of hidden fees for online orders. They add a $4.99 handling fee for every case of bottled water. In addition, the staff is not well trained and many items arrive damaged due to the careless packing of products into boxes. For example, office supplies mixed in with cases of soda. The weight of the soda crushes the other products. In addition, they place large, sticky labels on top of cases of soda directly over the pull tabs where people put their mouths to drink. They are definitely not committed to excellence or attention to detail. After shopping around for other retail options, I found that most of the products that we order consistently at our business can be purchased at a significantly lower price. I work for a large business in Oklahoma City and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

This store is great! Tony and Luci are exceptionally helpful. I had a couple of locket sized pictures printed out for a bouquet charm as a wedding present for a family member and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you all for your help

This 5 star review is for Luci in the print shop! I would give Sean 2 stars. I called the store to confirm they actually the floor sign holder I wanted before I drove to the store. Sean left me on hold 9 minutes and never came back to tell me they did have the sign. I came in to the store to print the poster that went into the floor sign holder and had trouble with the self printer making streaks on my poster. Luci came to help me. She took my flash drive and tried to print it on her printer in the print shop. Her computer messed up the formatting. She worked on it and printed it. A line began to form waiting to pick up their print orders and she could have easily told me to get lost with my self print issue. But she stayed with it and stayed super sweet until she was able to give me a very nice finished product. Luci is AWESOME!! She apologized to the line of people she kept waiting and they were kind and said they didn't mind waiting if they were going to get Luci to help them. It sounded like they came to this Staples because of Luci!! Please let her know her customers appreciate her dedication and sweet customer service attitude!
