I was trying to put together my last minute Halloween outfit and needed funny business cards. I thought I was going to have to draw them on paper myself but when I got to Staples, Leslie at the print shop helped me out when she could have just told me the printers were over there. She got me in and out in 10 minutes. If you need fringing done I would definitely do it here. Thanks, Leslie

Souren T. the General Manager and his dedicated team are amazing. They are friendly, helpful with customer service oriented at Staples on Bristol Street in Santa Ana. Souren is truly an asset for Staples! Eddy has great knowledge in computer service , Oscar is very helpful with Staples 's products.

While purchasing a printer employee was very helpful. Even though advise to purchase a more expensive printer in the long run it would save me in ink costs. Only a few dollars more but it makes sense to replace single cartridge in comparison to replace a tricolor cartridge if one color ran out.

Went there to send back in Amazon package through the Amazon link I was sent via email. Because I was at the wrong counter ( the cashier and the Amazon returns were 90 degrees to one another) the young man, that was 2 feet over at the amazon counter, would not acknowledge me or assist me. It took the cashier to come back to tell me. I was in the wrong spot, but she would be kind enough to assist me. I thanked her since they standing side by side.

Alberto in the printing center was so patient and helpful. He helped me resize and print out a large document. Management, please consider giving him a raise. THANK YOU ALBERTO!!
