Needed to find a more affordable storage unit closer to where I’m living now and this place is great. Ref, the employee that helped me check in, was awesome and really helpful. And the unit I got is perfect. Looking forward to storing with them.

He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect unit. Thanks to Ref, the entire process was easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Warning: StorQuest Self Storage is a scam. I booked a unit yesterday over the phone. Today, when I arrived with my belongings, they showed me something completely different from what I had asked for. Instead of a real storage space, they gave me a half-box built into the wall — basically just a locker that you can’t even walk into — for $130/month. Total nonsense. Of course, I refused. But since I tried to cancel, they charged me a $30 "cancellation fee." On top of that, they forced me to pay for a lock I didn’t need, and when I asked for a refund they said it was "against their policy." I never used the unit for even one hour, yet I was charged money for nothing. This company misleads customers, inflates prices, and pushes hidden fees. ⚠️ Do not waste your time or money here. There are many cheaper, more honest storage options in Los Angeles. Avoid StorQuest at all costs.

Ref is extremely helpful. He showed me a couple units until we found the correct one. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place with this awesome employee.

Ref is a friendly outgoing I can voice my concerns and opinions to him and he works well with it he also make sure everything is safe and clean. I definitely run this storage place over any storage place. I've been to quite a few and this one is by far the cleanest and stuff is most friendly and helpful
