Can’t get much better for car parts than summit. Living in Reno by a summit here makes it beyond easy. They make returns and rebuilding my classic car so much easier than if I had to ship things back and forth too. Stoked to have summit racing in Reno !!!

Awful experience with Customer Service. Decided to use Summit for my Engine project. Every part ordered from them. While most arrived without issue, there was one big exception. I ordered a special order part. I knew it would take awhile, but was fine waiting because the project wasn't a big rush. I got a notification from Summit that my order was going to ship in about a week, after waiting three months from the time I ordered. I emailed customer service asking for confirmation and they told me my item would ship then. Fast forward past the date Summit told me and I never recieved a shipping notification. When I checked my account the estimated shipping date had quietly, without any notification, changed to almost three months away. I emailed the same CS rep and asked what was going on. Despite them confirming the previous shipping date for my order previously, they just told me this was the new estimate. Zero explanation as to how they simultaneously told me it was shipping and that would be another three months. After getting nowhere I asked for the information so I could contact the supplier directly about the item and Summit straight up refused to provide me information about my order then ghosted me. Trying to get a refund now, but will never be using Summit again!

Great customer service, I always order by phone before making the drive from California, and they get me out the door real quick and help with any questions I may have.

Ordered an air intake from summit racing about a week ago, arrival date was supposed to be the next day but it’s coming up on a week. Contacted customer service expecting to have to jump through hoops and what not but I was lucky enough to be connected with Dale! Outstanding customer service. Identified my package was shipped by summit but something might have happened in transit and offered to ship a whole new unit free of charge. Identified my issue and solved it within moments. This is the first time I’ve ever been helped in such a way and all I have to say is the world needs more people like DALE!!

Always a wonderful experience. All of the staff members are so helpful. When I ask Terry for help with anything he is most excellent at finding answers and delivering thorough information. Top notch!

Bought a dual exhaust here from Borla and one of the tips wasn’t black like the other so I have to send it back to Borla. This was my first and probably last purchase. The customer service at the store was very poor as well, thankful some employee noticed and took over the sale.

I've been going here for years. This place is huge and clean. Definitely, fits all the people that come for events such as: poker run during Hot August Nights. Restrooms are always clean. They usually have most parts we need in stock, or they mail it to you. Kris always seems to be one of the guys who help me when I'm here. He's super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable with a lot of the products they sell.
