Kenny & Michael did a fantastic job. Their attitudes were friendly and professional throughout the job. They kept me informed on all details. They paid great attention to the smallest details. In explaining the installation and operation the reiterated that all I needed to do was call and they would be here for service. I’m absolutely thrilled with the workmanship and professionalism.

We have had an excellent experience with the SunShield installation team. They were on time, courteous and very professional. Our new retractable screens add to the appearance of our home and are constructed of high quality materials. There was a 10 week period of time between the order and installation. However it was worth the wait. We are very pleased with our new retractable screens and addition of a "new" enclosed space.

They installed all of windows and patio door. I now have some warranty issues, and they refuse to respond or honor their lifetime warranty. The patio door and handle are having issues, which were addressed from day one. There is additional stucco cracking from the original installation, that they will not respond to. The screens are also under warranty, which they will not respond to. On the original installation, they damaged a lot of my interior and exterior components, along with some patio furniture. They never took care of them either, but I just eventually let it go. Now, they won't even stand behind their warranty. I definitely would not recommend this place for any type of window or sunshade work. Their installers that originally did our house, did not care about our personal property, or our family. Alvin windows is coming out, but they do not warranty poor workmanship issues. The work was done in the fall of 2022, and the issues have been going on since then. This issue never went to court because the server I hired never delivered the papers correctly. What goes around, comes around. Stay as far away from this place as you can if you want to keep your house from being damaged, ang with other personal property.

Excellent company and staff. They installed a sun porch a year ago and it has been a great addition to the house. I had a screen ribbon come loose and they were here within 10 days to fix it. Considering the distance they had to travel Im impressed. Great folks to deal with
