Sunlight Roof & Solar

I been trying to get a new roof for about a year with my homeowners insurance , but like most of my friends and family they don't really help much. But I recently seen a yard sign in Columbia, SC and gave them a call for a free quote. I didn't think much of it. But we set an appointment to assess the damage and what options we had moving forward. I was able to get a new roof, no money down or out of pocket and go renewable energy with a solar system and got rid of my power bill!!! It was such a blessing and I recommend anyone needing a roof or has a high power bill do business with Sunlight Roof & Solar!

Sunlight came to my home and helped us understand the solar process much better than any of the other salesmen that religiously knock on our door. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough. Paperwork was quick and easy and installation was a breeze. We are a few months in and we are loving the SAVINGS already! Thanks again Jacob, William, and all of Sunlight!

This company is a top notch solar company. I received nothing but a 5 star experience from them start to finish. The rep I dealt with names William was very up front and honest about everything which is hard to find. He wasn’t pushy and let me compare all of my options and after carefully considering all factors it was clear that Sunlight was the company to go with. Other larger companies will try to downplay smaller companies like Sunlight and try to charge you a premium because they have a more recognizable name but don’t fall for it this company is just as good for a fraction of the cost other try to charge you. I don’t usually do reviews but I would highly recommend this company especially here in NC.

William and his associates were extremely professional and informative. The process was simple and the digital document signing made the paperwork a breeze as well. Also, the installation crew was top notch. They even helped me move two refrigerators into the garage. The whole process has been nothing but positive. Thank you for the great service. RC

Alex Peters was a low pressure and knowledgeable guy who walked up to my front door and we just chatted. He gave me a general explanation of solar energy, how the electric company had the go ahead to start increases soon and what solar energy would do for my household. As my wife was away and she was planning for her upcoming retirement but I wasn’t sure if she would be interested. He said he could come back at our convenience. He left his card and after discussion with my wife we arranged a day for him to come back. He explained it all. He gave us a thorough explanation, got things going and gave his phone number so we could call him or text any time. Shout out to William and the guys at Sun Light. Not only did they save us money on our electric bill but they helped us get a new roof on before the solar panels for a small cost difference. My wife and I are happy we finally pulled the trigger after several weeks of discussing wether it was worth it or not. William was very professional and answered all of our questions. The process was simple, easy and quick. Everyone with the company provided excellent customer service and was a available at all times to answer any questions we had. We started the process at the beginning of February and our panels were installed by the end of February. We are just waiting on the City to conduct their final inspection and then we will be SOLAR
