I called at about 6:00pm, expecting to leave a voicemail, but was pleasantly surprised that Isaac answered after just a few rings. I explained to him that I just had a new Wind Mitigation report for the homeowners insurance, and the entire house received zero credit, simply because the top panel of the garage door had 8 small windows. I had replaced the glass with Plexiglass (2x the thickness) a few years ago, but they said, no windows...period. Isaac first asked for pictures, but quickly changed that to, be there in 20 minutes or so, when I told him my address. He was at another customers house, near-by. Isaac located a matching solid panel, for a 24 year old garage door, installed it, and I paid him, in only 7 days time! Great energy, enthusiastic, seems to really care about making customers happy, and doing the job correctly, and expeditiously. I already gave him a plug with the guy who was doing the Wind Mitigation report, and will do so in the future for any friends, or neighbors, in the future.

Issac came right after I called and replaced the broken garage door spring quickly. He was professional and efficient, and even tuned up and lubricated my other garage door that didn’t need repair. Great service and very responsive — highly recommend!

Just had my garage door springs replaced by Sunrise Garage & Gates. Isaac was great. Provide a reasonable quote as I had check with other companies. Went above and beyond. Even made sure my tracks were tight, secure and safe.

Isaac was such a blessing... we had an ongoing issue with our garage door and he was able to diagnose the issue within a few minutes. He was wonderful keeping us updated on getting the part and when he would return to finish the job. I'm impressed! Also had a great sense of humor. Thank you Isaac

Isaac was extremely professional and pleasant from the initial phone conversation to my actual repair. I actually called him thinking it was a different company, but I’m glad I did. He was patient and took time from the beginning. Extremely good at responding to texts and being flexible on appointments. I was very pleased with the repair work he completed as well as the recommendations. He was very friendly and a pleasure to be around during the repair. He took time to address and fix a completely different item and I am very appreciative of that. Can’t say enough good things about him and his quality of work. I would absolutely recommend hiring him for any work you need done as I definitely will again!!

Dealt with my scheduling needs. Arrived as expected. Great communication. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Came back later that day to replace my motor and did a complimentary safety inspection which we noticed some shredding cables. Thank goodness and came back Sunday to replace. I don’t usually leave reviews but both Isaac and Sean deserve 5 stars as service such as this is hard to find these days. Thankful.
