Terrible experience with Superior today. Had an appointment scheduled from 12-2 today and even called to confirm that we were on the schedule. At 1:45 I get a call from a very rude service technician who said we wouldn’t be able to arrive until late afternoon. Why give a two hour window if the person isn’t going to show up even remotely close to that. Paid to have someone at the apartment to have service completed and no one ever showed up. A complete waste of time.
Our old furnace finally gave out, and this team helped us choose the right replacement. The installation went smoothly and they even followed up to ensure everything was working well. Really appreciated their attention to detail.
