Do not ever purchase anything from here. My 80 year old mother in law bought items from there. They would not give her a credit or even look at a situation as she was in hospital for 6 months. They do nt care about their customers. Manager Eric and Jimmy were worthless.

Tell lady black hair chunky in front desk to get to work and help the customer not have them wait

Eric, the "manager" I am guessing, very unprofessional. The price was wrong on an item. And I went to take a picture to show them. He then asked me to walk back with him again. So I can see the price, then.I had just showed him a picture of. In other words, he told me if I did not go back there with him.He wouldn't refund me. If you want good customer service, this is not the place for you

The employees are so very nice, shout out to the sweet lady who cut a board for me. I can't remember her name , but so very helpful! Thank you!!

Eric as Sunday morning supervisor is not of all help. Apart from leaving me standing while trying to explain something to him about how I come here often and asking him if he was mad cause it seemed that he was upset. He turned around and walked away in a very rude manner I am the person who has been purchasing there Glidden paint product and asked him what everyone else sells it to me and himself aswell previously he was in a bad mood today to assist local customer very disrespectful. After asking him if he was mad he says he’s real serious as a supervisor you have to be able to be courteous and helpful not walk away and leave a customer standing cause you’re a supervisor. Very unprofessional should be looked at closely

Didn't have the items that I needed, even though their website said that they did.

Went to buy mattress. First question "Do you deliver" A-"yes for 25.00 fee" 2nd Q "Will you take old Matt A - Yes 3rd Q "May I call you with delivery date A - Yes Purchased mattress 16April Next day call from delivery guy saying on street..I told them I wasn't ready for it that I was to call when ready for delivery. Called 21APRIL to say ready for delivery on Tuesday 23April Mattress delivered on time but told will NOT haul off old mattress. Called Sutherland and they said there is another 20.00 fee to haul off. Never was told that. I paid it and they hauled it off. Was not a good buying experience based on this fiasco.
