Exceptional service!! Staff was extremely friendly and sympathetic to my air conditioning needs. They not only squeezed me in the next day, but actually called me to advise they would be a little late for appointment! Seriously!! Job we'll done, Sutton!!

Amazing people that really care about getting the job done and making sure you get proper service. I had to have my whole entire AC replaced it was old and barely worked until it completely stopped working, the new AC feels like a dream! Everything was installed super clean and as fast as they could (being the summer with everybody needing help). Highly recommend Sutton, just really good people all around.

These guys are wonderful. Not only are they incredibly thorough and knowledgable, they are such kind people. We have called twice in the last 2 months right before a weekend (like, Friday afternoon) with completely non-functional A/C. I was 8 months pregnant the first time and our son was 4 days old the second time. Both instances they rearranged their schedule despite being short-staffed in order to get to us before the weekend. The first time, the problem was pretty complex and took them a while to sort through but they went through the entire system until they fully understood the issue. Then they actually explained it to us in terms we could understand. We have also called them for a furnace issue over the winter and received the same diligent, thorough treatment that we received this summer. 10/10 recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about Sutton Heating and air. I was out of town, my daughter called and told me the AC was out. They were there within a half hour! Got it up and running. They called later that day to make sure it was still running. Came by a couple of days after that and did a cleaning. Very professional, very quick and very nice. Highly recommend them!

These guys flat rocked it! Jaron, Derek, Hunter. I didn't get the names of the techs that came out but they were fast and thorough. One day replacement if air handler, compressor and lines. (Duct work was already in place). The system is beautiful, quiet and, best of all, working great!

The Sutton men are always very courteous and did a great job insulating our attic. We are already feeling the difference. Sutton team have always figured out whatever problem we have and always fixed the problem. We are happy to call them and recommend them

They are super fast and friendly! I set up an appointment after lunch and about 2 hours later they called and let me know they had an opening earlier and if that was a better time. 30 minutes after getting to my house my AC worked like a champ. Thank you guys!
