Ho ho ho Halloween! The Home Depot holiday display is a beautiful nightmare. I walked in just to pick up batteries and immediately started taking pictures and videos to send to my girlfriend because the seasonal sections were that good. ​Their Halloween display was absolutely sick and so well-organized this year—holy cow, they really stepped up their organizational game. I even unexpectedly found a pumpkin patch set up out of nowhere! Best of all, I scored the Oogie Boogie Nightmare Before Christmas inflatable—it was the last one, at a great price, so I said, 'Screw it, let’s get it.' This is perfect for our ongoing, phenomenal Nightmare Before Christmas theme. ​What really got me was the Christmas section. Where last year's Halloween was, it was already a total Winter Wonderland. Seeing all the beautiful trees and lights instantly made me want to take down my Halloween decor and start Christmas right then and there! I found the super awesome remote-controlled lights I've been looking for for years. ​Home Depot, you really nailed the transition. I have to pump the brakes and save all this amazing decorating for the new house, but I’ll be back real soon! Happy Halloween and Merry Christmas—you definitely made me feel right this time of year!

Aug. 3, 2025 at 10am I ordered curbside pickup, because I’m a fifty year old single mom, with a bad back. The girl walked everything out and said someone else would be out to load. After 10 minutes of waiting I had to load it myself. Thanks for NOTHING, 20 year old with a job she clearly hates.

Borrowed a trencher from tool rental it was easy and affordable nice people and got the job done myself would recommend

My husband and I dropped in on his birthday and we were looking at Christmas trees. A worker came from garden and he said my husband didnt need a santa that he already looked like one. Maybe dont insult your customers. It was his birthday. We will just go to lowes.

You almost got me, Home Depot! Looking for a Mower and saw the attached ad on the Web site- What a DEAL! A new Cub Cadet for less than $1,700.00??? I am ON IT! Was at HD when they opened at 8am, the nice lady could not find it, so she went searching. After a bit she came back and showed me a not new, but a VERY used mower. Per the OEM Label on it, it was manuf in 03/2023. Seat not attached, battery WAY dead, VERY rust blades, looked like the mower had sat in a mud puddle with all the dirt, rocks, trash and rust everywhere. But on the other hand, it did have 1/2 tank of fuel, so that has to be worth SOMETHING, right 🙂 I was kinda ticked off, and the lady who was helping me was so embarrassed (She did a good job helping, tho)

Don't rent equipment or trucks here if you need to get anywhere within the hour - beware to contractors. They have a lady named Audrey providing the only customer service in rentals and she cannot multi-task and does not verify inventory/rental skus herself. We watched her complete the transaction for the guy ahead of us, turn around and tell us that she needs to go see if the guys who got here right before us and wasn't in line needs help... why are we waiting in line then? It could be because we're colored, and he's not but ‍♀️ Alabama being Alabama I guess.

This store and its management team are very unprofessional. They can’t seem to put personal feelings aside to conduct business in a professional manner. Awful experience in which we were not given a fair opportunity to utilize a rental due to it not working properly. We were denied a replacement and told nothing further could be done due to the ticket being closed. After speaking with the store manager, Kelly, 2 assistant managers, John, and Victoria neither did anything to rectify the matter. Corporate was a big help but I won’t do business there again.
