Brought in items to ship for a cruise. Store went above and beyond to repack everything securely. Package arrived at my hotel on time, content was intact and I had a cabin of goodies for the cruise! Thank you to the great team at the Knollwood UPS location. You guys rock!

Amy-Ruth is SO helpful! I went in to make an Amazon return, which was so quick and easy, and she told me about their business cards. They were so affordable and so quick to make them, it was crazy!! Thank you!!!

Brittany and Anette were amazing despite the long line and impatient customers Brittany was bubbly, patient and extremely helpful, especially after being treated so poorly at the Liberty st location.

Many employees with long lines of customers waiting while walking around prioritizing other tasks including sitting at a computer casually looking beyond the screen and observing clients without a care in the world. Wait time is long, customer service was acceptable (because they don't have much competition). I went mid afternoon and was charged for a piece of tape to seal a small box. As she walked away she voiced that they were having a special. I am not sure if she was hoping to inform everyone at once. Seemed impersonal and unprofessional. Do not recommend. It's just a package but they do have other services that I won't consider.

So nice to be able to walk in and have the staff read through my directions to ship a trade-in phone and help me get it boxed and labeled. In fewer than five minutes! Thank you!
