Great communicator and professional. Great ambassador for your company. Did a great job explaining the problem and how to correct the situation. Very careful in making sure the house flooring was protected while removing the old unit and installing the new unit. He also had covers on his feet. Nice work! The only issue is the drain pan is really bent up. I will straighten it out, but if this is the only issue, no problem. The drain pan is the only reason Steve did not receive five stars.

Dallas and his assistant did a great job. He explained everything clearly and did the job with real professionalism. We were really happy to have them doing the work! They represented the company really well. I was pleasantly surprised when the job was finished within 24 hours of the incident happening. Initially, my appointment was rescheduled from Wednesday to Thursday without any explanation, which was inconvenient and could have been communicated more effectively. However, I was very impressed with the service provided by your technician, Michael Miller, on Thursday. Michael was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He explained the issue clearly and resolved it efficiently, delivering exceptional service. While I appreciate the quality of service, I found the pricing to be quite high. Without the annual plan, the total cost was approximately $545, which seems steep compared to my past experiences where similar repairs, including parts available for $20 on Amazon and 30 minutes of labor, typically cost $150-$200. I opted for the annual plan at $345 plus $16.50 per month, which totals roughly the same amount as the one-time repair cost. In my opinion, the pricing could be more competitive. Overall, Michael Miller’s outstanding service was a highlight, and I hope the company can address the pricing concerns to better align with customer expectations.

My experience with the service from the Tom Drexler company was excellent ! The electrician was friendly, professional, genuinely respectful, and answered all of my questions. The day of the repair/ service was just as excellent. Their prices were reasonable and I am SO grateful for their work! I have a mobile home and it is NOT easy to find service people. This was truly a God send and an answer to my prayers ❤️

Cole Williams, Zach #1 & #2 did a fantastic job on our water heater installation. Response time to install was phenomenal. Cole was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in detail. I would highly recommend this team.

David the plumber did an excellent job. It I only took him 30 minutes to fix the faucet on the tub. And another 30 minutes to fix the gas valve on my stove. That being said, my bill was over $700!! Gone are the days of an honest pay for an honest day's work. Now we are billed flat fees regardless of how long it takes. I will never use this company again.
