We purchased our new Lennox high efficiency heat pump from Costco and worked with Tudi throughout the entire process. From start to finish we received excellent customer service. We initially worked with August who gave us the quotes for several systems and made the process of signing contract and arranging installation simple. Chris and John did our installation. What knowledgeable, kind, efficient workers! They left the job site spotless and Chris made sure we understood the system and how the Smart Thermostat worked. We are so glad we chose Tudi and would highly recommend them with no reservations! Kudos to August, Chris, and John!

My appointment was between 12 and 4 p m. After receiving notification of my technician is on his way, Jace Malone, arrived at 12:15. After diagnosing he determined a relay was needed. Even though I have an older furnace Jace had the relay in his van. He quoted me a fair price for the repairs, and in a short time , my furnace was up and running. Jace was polite and knowledgeable. I would. Recommend Tudi home services and Jace for you your repairs.

We had a fantastic experience using TUDI to replace our 25 year old AC and furnace. From the start, they were professional, fair, courteous and efficient. From the time we requested a quote until the time it was fully installed was 8 days. Pricing was very reasonable and we are incredibly happy with the whole process. We will be using them exclusively for all of our HVAC needs!

TUDI installed mini-splits in our home nine years ago. The placement of the splits worked beautifully to cool our home. We’ve had TUDI do our annual system checks and cleaning. Great work handle by very good people. Conscientious and thorough. We recently had a problem with a motor in one of one of the splits. Rob, the technician, went above and beyond to identify the problem and resolve it. Julie, the customer service rep, worked with us patiently through the entire problem-solving process. We have come to trust TUDI with our climate needs. I’ve said it before and I’m saying it again: great people doing great work at very fair prices.

Spring of ‘24, Tudi recommended a heat pump and installed it in our condo. When the temp is cooler or cold the fan NEVER shuts off. The room temp matches the thermostat but the fan continues to blow cold air. Tudi sent several different techs a half a dozen times to try to solve this. The last visit I was told "this is the way it is and need to live with it". That seems counterintuitive for a heat pump to blow cold air. I am taking bids to replace the heat pump with a standard electric furnace. Check out your options before dealing with Tudi or you too may have to live with it. TUDI reached out. They want to solve my problem. They are coming next week. I am very pleased. THEY HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM. They even suggested I continue to contact them if I have concerns. Quality customer service. Rob, the technician that has been servicing my HVAC equipment, is excellent! Rob is extremely knowledgable, and his communication skills are superb. Rob is neat and clean in his work and such a wonderful ambassador for all the services that Tudi has to offer. I highly recommend Rob in particular and Tudi in general.
