After personally visiting six different storage facilities near me, I was amazed at the wide variety of pricing and bait and switch deals that would be offered. I returned to US storage centers because they provided me with the best information without covering up the pricing structure. The following day I went to visit with Sofia to finish the paperwork for the rental. She was so sweet and personable and provided me with all the information I needed. The whole process was smooth and she is a delightful person to visit with.

I just finished my contract at US Storage Centers, and I wanted to share my great experience. The front desk staff was always kind, attentive, and extremely respectful. I truly appreciated their excellent customer service and felt well taken care of throughout my time there. Highly recommend!
The space is okay, though it's on the lower end of quality. 3 Stars because they randomly doubled the unit rent a few months in. Be aware the price you sign up with can be increased significantly at any time.

The lady who assisted me was very polite, she knew her shit, and she was on point. I walked in stated what I was there for and she jumped right on it. In one fell swoop. She took me to a different floor and began to open up 2, 3, 4 units back-to-back.I looked and noticed the differences between them and made a choice. I told her which one I wanted.She already knew the price on the top of her head. We went down to the office.Finish up paperwork signing everything and it was over in minutes. Very fast, very smooth, and a very pleasant experience.This lady knows what she's doing. A+++
