Vancouver Battery

NOTE: they have moved! Their new location is 1875 Ontario – the space is much better. Easier to access, better parking. I love the shelf full of portable torches, if I had space at home, I would have quite a number of models. I bought the smallest one, so cute. The store owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. It is very convenient and I trust their batteries than those offered at high prices at Shoppers Drug Mart.

I had a great experience with Jessy at Vancouver Battery. I came in unsure if my car battery was dead or could still be revived. Honestly, I was expecting to be told that I needed to buy a new one for a couple hundred dollars — as most places would say. But Jesse was completely honest from the start. He told me he’d test it first, and if it worked, he’d only charge me a small, very reasonable amount. If it didn’t, he wouldn’t charge anything. In the end, he got my battery working perfectly and saved me a lot of money. He was professional, respectful, and clearly cares more about helping people than just making a sale. Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back in the future.

Had such a positive experience at Vancouver Battery ! My car had been having trouble starting, and I thought for sure I’d need a new battery. Jesse checked everything carefully and was super transparent about the process. Instead of pushing me to buy something I didn’t need, he explained what was going on and offered an affordable solution that actually fixed the problem. It’s rare to see that kind of honesty and professionalism these days. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and truly puts customer service first. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing help with their car battery or electrical issues!

Vancouver Battery and Jesse in particular are top notch. The service is outstanding, prices are great and their warranty is 2 years with full replacement. If you are in need of any batteries, this is the place to go. Thanks so much Jesse, you're a gem!

Hard to find. Maps says one thing but actually on the corner of Ontario and 3rd . Small Store but all sorts of batteries and really helpful. Soothing fishtank too.

They were very knowledgeable about everything to do with all different types of batteries. Even when I brought in my motorized cart puller. I would definitely recommend this place for your battery needs.
