I have been a customer of Wantuck for many years and every time a technician came to our home to service the furnace they were courteous and very knowledgeable. It was the first time that I met Jeff Rodriguez and he was very thorough along with being courteous and knowledgeable.

Great experience- technicians very professional,, polite & respectful. Arrived on time . Took over 8 hrs to get alot dine - no complaints . Explained everything once complete clearly All 3 techs - really seemed to work efficiently & hard all thru the process. So far very happy with the entire experience- from receiving costs of all services ordered to the final cleanup afterwards. Highly recommend

My experience with Wantuck Comfort Solutions was great. They came out to do the inspection stated the problem and order the part. The next day they came back out and fixed the problem right away. I really enjoyed my experience with this company. I live on the southside of Chicago and I was lucky this company serviced my area. My A/C abruptly went out this Friday and I had to put in an emergency request for it to be fixed. The company sent me a picture of my service technician and my service tech Michael texted me as well. He was quick to respond and give me an ETA. When he arrived, he was super nice and friendly. I felt genuinely super comfortable with him, especially since it was getting dark outside when he arrived. The price was reasonable compared to another company I used last year. Overall, I’m really happy with my service.
