Watts Heating and Cooling is fantastic. They are true experts—the only company that offered a smart, internal solution for our water line to prevent it from freezing. Their pricing was very fair, they were always on time, and they were incredibly patient with all our questions. The team was professional, easy to communicate with, and left the work area completely clean. Highly recommended.

The estimator was professional and helpful. He seemed interested in helping me figure out what would work best for me, not up selling things I didn't need. The installers were professional and courteous, efficient in their work. And the office staff woman was helpful and efficient. It was great to work with this company.

As always Watts techs are on time professional and thorough no matter what the task is. Communication is on point from first call for the appointment to the completion of the task. 10/30/2025 Schedule routine inspection and maintenance for our furnace with Watts and as expected communication is always plus with them. The service Techs arrive within the time window and did an outstanding inspection maintenance on our unit. Watts is our choice and our recommended service.

Very easy to work with, and highly recommend! A/C stopped working. A real person picked up my phone call, and easily and quickly made us an appointment for as soon as possible (48 hours out on a hot day). The company sent reminder texts, and even sent a notification when our person was on their way (with tracking to see where they were). The person who serviced our unit, Jordan/Bubba, was a few minutes EARLY to our appointment. He was very nice and knew what he was doing. He quickly was able to communicate what was wrong and what was needed, and was able to fix the issue for us right away. I will be recommending this company to everyone, and we will be using them again.

Great service from setting appointment through repair of my AC unit. Bubba was amazing and Jo was kind on the phone. Diagnosis stuff Went great, and the guy knows his stuff. Highly recommend these people as they are throwback when it comes to service. I will call them for all my AC and Heating needs From now on.
