My experience with MB Alexandria was solid! I called salesman Doug as soon as the GLE 63s I had been looking for popped up and he was great over the phone. Direct and efficient. I flew in from Buffalo a few days later and Doug came in on his day off to finalize delivery. I had a few issues with payment but Jeremy from finance was professional and helped work it all out and I was on the road in no time. Thanks to the team for a smooth experience and so far the car is exactly what I was hoping it would be.
I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years but no more. I hand wash my cars regularly and any scratches on it I notice. I took my car in for a B service and now I have some awful scratches that just magically appeared. I tried to take it back and was told they were already there. They showed the pictures that they took and it looked nothing like damages. At best it looked like reflection off the light. Sad to say, this will be the last time I’m stepping my foot in there.
I am not a person who usually writes a bad review about customer service, but this dealership forced me to do so. I scheduled my car for an oil change a week in advance, and on the day of my appointment, I called them to let them know that I'd be 5 minutes late. The lady on the phone asked if I had an appointment scheduled, and I replied yes. She asked for my phone number so she could verify whether I had an appointment. After a few seconds, she replied, saying that I didn't have any appointment scheduled. Later, she asked about my car module and its year. I said 2008 Mercedes C300. She started being rude and said we don't serve these types of old cars, and she asked me to go and look for any other nearby dealerships. I was shocked by her response and attitude. I am pretty sure I provided my car's information when I scheduled my appointment, and no one has ever informed me that they can't service my car due to its age. Fast forward, I went to the dealership anyway and pulled over to the line. The gentleman asked if I had an appointment, and I said yes. He asked me to wait in the waiting room. Later on, he came back and said, unfortunately, you don't have an appointment and asked me what type of service I wanted. I said oil change. He replied and said it would take two hours. I said that is fine. Finally, they serviced my car, and when I got home, I realized that they had not reset my oil change light, balanced my tire pressure, or even checked any other fluids, despite the $200-plus I paid for my oil change—bad customer service and unprofessional. I'll never go to them anymore.
Brandon Wes Trujillo Executive Sales & Leasing Advisor was exceptional. I was interested in a different color car and was going to leave, and he offered to let me test drive another one. He was terrific and did everything right and exceeded my expectations by offerring to have the color I wanted transfered to Alexandria the very next day. When he followed up the next morning, I asked him to give me more time and he waited patiently and followed up as promised. He was terrific. I recommend him for employee of the month and please consider having him train others of respectful sales techniques and please consider him for any sales trips the company offers. Purchased a Tesla Model S they had available. Every part of the car buying experience was flawless. I highly recommend asking for Spencer Witherspoon in Sales. Super friendly, incredibly responsive and very detail oriented. He helped walk me through a number of Tesla related questions despite not being a Tesla dealer. Even stayed late to help me program the car into the Tesla app. Finally what really put this dealership over the top for me was the straight forward and transparent pricing with no surprise or added fee's at the end. As someone who buys a car every 3 this was the best purchase experience I've had in the past 20.
I scheduled an appointment with Brandon Wes Trujillo to trade in my E350 for an S580. Despite my arriving late, he received me with the utmost courtesy, showing me the two cars of that model they had available. When he noticed that I began to think they were too large, he had the excellent foresight to suggest another 2026 E350 full option, and he showed the patience and skill of a true professional in helping me appreciate the advantages of that choice. I followed his suggestions and I am more than satisfied—I ended up with the car I really needed. The service was excellent, not only from him but from the entire staff. Unlike other dealerships, I received my car the very same day. They even stayed late, including the administrative staff, so that I could complete the purchase quickly. By far, the best dealership out of the four I have visited in this area.
