They were extremely helpful even though they didn't have the key for my car that they could make , but they sent me to someone who did. I'll be doing a lot more business there. Thank you so much for your help.

Every time I come in here, they are so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I truly love coming here instead of going to the big stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s where no one is ever around to help you.

!!!Do not park in their parking lot unless you are shopping!!! As newcomers to town, my partner and I decided to check out the local farmers market and happened to park in the lot of a nearby hardware store. We didn’t plan on shopping at first, but we thought we’d quickly explore the store to see what the town had to offer. Upon arriving, a staff member kindly asked us to move our car, explaining that the parking lot was reserved for customers. We completely understood and had no issue with that. Since we were there, we decided to take a quick look around as I run my own business and frequently need parts, plus we like to support local businesses. However, when we visited, the parking lot was completely empty everywhere. Despite this, as we were browsing, we were reminded again to move our car, as the lot was only for active shoppers. We made a small purchase and decided to leave shortly after. I understand that due to the nearby bar and events, the parking lot can get overcrowded, but as a potential new customer, the experience left a lot to be desired. We will definitely make sure to park elsewhere next time, even when visiting the store. I’m hoping this was just a one-off situation and that our next visit will be a better one.

So I was having a rough morning. You know, nothing going my way. Then I arrived at Ace. They had floor staff at the door ready to help me. Due to my own issues, my problems escalated and then Steve C was there to fix it all. He really showed a level of professionalism and curtsey that made my day! Thanks Steve C and all the staff at Ace. You all ROCK!

Best customer service around. Been going here for along time and I have no complaints. I wish every other place had the amount of professionalism these guys and gals have. Super friendly and my number one choice to go to for any project or repairs I have. The guys in the repair shop have went above and beyond to resolve issue I have and help an average joe with quick fix’s rather then buying a new part. They know there stuff. Highly recommend.
